It is quite disappointing to see that such an expensive cream is being delivered unsealed and looks used… there should be a better packaging for such a product. Do not recommend if this is how it is delivered. Also the texture of the cream is different than previous version ! Not recommended

I’ve been searching for a moisturizer that wasn’t too heavy but still did it’s job. This isn’t watery and not too thick. It’s light enough to wear in the summer and substantial enough to cover in the cool months. It smells awesome and the price is good. Will continue to use.

I’ve had issues going back twenty years in finding a facial moisturizer that worked for me. I have uneven skin. Dry in some areas and too oily in others. This fits that sweet spot. I can use just enough to suit my faces’ skin type. And it doesn’t clog pores and leaves my face with a natural even look.

Let me start off by saying I’m a White pale ginger with sensitive troubled skin, and there isn’t a product that can compare to Shea Moisture. The African black soap products are amazing. Best daily moisturizer, wash and soap there is! Try this product!

I like this moisturizer. I got my first jar from Marshall’s and wanted to order another one. It came completely smashed in the package, which was disappointing. Looking at other reviews, the jar typically comes in a small cardboard SheMoisture box with a paper seal beneath the lid. My jar was free floating (no box) in the parcel, with no paper seal in sight. My damaged jar delivered overnight, but my replacement jar won’t be here for three days. Kind of sucks but maybe it’s a sign to just order it from SheaMoisture directly. Regretting not simply asking for a refund. My problem is with Amazon shipping, not the product! I really do like this moisturizer.

It effectively hydrates my skin, however, I have experienced discomfort in the form of burning and stinging sensations around my eyes while applying the product. I’m confused regarding the presence of irritants in a facial cream, as it seems illogical. I deducted one star from the overall rating for this. Despite this issue, I still consider SheaMoisture Balancing Moisturizer to be a good option for addressing my skincare needs.

Sent bon, est épaisse mais ne rend pas la peau grasse, très bien absorbée par la peau, la rend douce et unifie le teint quand on l’utilise tous les jours, un produit hydratant nourrissant avec de très bons ingrédients! Dommage qu’il est si difficile à trouver !
