My hair felt unclean after first and second shampooing. I was unable to secure/lock down the shampoo and hair conditioner pumps, therefore unable to return the SheaMoisture Natural Infusions Hydrating and Moisture Boosting Shampoo & Conditioner Set. The company should have not changed the product from a clear color shampoo to a milky color. Which made my hair feel unclean.

Vendor prompt and packed nicely. The wife usually buys the conditioner part at costco. But couldnt find it at my last visit. Says it helps her thinning hair. She has not used the shampoo yet.

I got it as a gift, it was okay when I had bleached hair. Once I chopped that off it didn’t work all that well anymore. The conditioner helped detangle my hair but I had to use a lot more than I typically would. The shampoo was okay, it took two washes to feel “clean.” Honestly, I wouldn’t get it again not a returning product.
