Lathers up great, Shea is moisturizing and smooth, very very nice. Only one drawback when bar is being used for the first time the shape makes it kind of hard to hold onto. really rectangle block shape. 2nd time and the more you use it the bar conforms more to the curves of your hand and gets easier to hang onto. Overall great product and for shea, the price is great deal. Smells and feels great. Cleans you too! Excellent buy.

This is some of the best soap around if you have dry skin. I was using Dove sensitive, and it worked well enough, but I am also trying to find an “all in one” product that I can use as both body soap and as a solid shampoo bar. This product fits the bill very well. Not only is it moisturizing on my skin, it works very well as a solid shampoo bar. Better than some specifically shampoo bars I’ve tried! The scent is good, gender neutral, and not overpowering. It smells of the coconut and shea that it is made of. The only thing I’d change is to remove the bits of charcoal that are embedded in the bar as an exfoliant. These are too large and scratchy to be effective. Perhaps if they were smaller, but I also just don’t really need bits of charcoal in my soap at all…

I have now tried five variations of this brand of soap – and loved each and every one! I even raved about it in person in a drug store the other day to a woman contemplating a purchase. Every bar has produced rich, creamy lather that body washes can’t compete with. I’ve found that if you use a loofa a little goes a long, long way. This is not inexpensive soap, but it is quality soap worth every penny. Now, as with all things on Amazon, no need to overpay. You will find it on sale here and at local shops. Worth pouncing on! A word of “caution”, the black bar drips black soap suds requiring more frequent cleaning of the tub or shower. That said, with it’s unique “Silly Putty” scent I love it!

I buy this “SheaMoisture Shea Butter Soap for All Skin Types 100 percent Virgin Coconut Oil Cruelty Free Skin” soap all of the time. It comes in a variety of configurations, 1 bar or multiple bars. It’s a large bar 4″x1 1/2″ (ALMOST 1 1/2″ thick)… see pics.
I like how when I use this soap it leave your skin feeling soft and clean without feeling like you’ve dumped tons of chemicals on it. And even with several showers a day, the bar lasts quite a while. It has an ever so slight aroma of coconut to it, nothing overwhelming…. honestly I originally had hoped that it’d have a stronger scent to it… but it’s good as is. I would recommend this soap to anyone who’s looking for a soap that’ll leave their skin soft, refreshed, and organically clean feeling!

We have been using this soap for years! It has a small amount of “scrub” to it which is great for your skin. It washes off well and leaves your skin soft. The scent is not strong. The bar lasts for a good while.

I had been using a popular brand moisturizing bodywash for a very long time and during winters sometimes had to also use moisturizing cream. Felt its time to change and based on googling, started looking for bodywashes with shea butter and ended up with this soap.
Have been using this soap on face & body for almost 3weeks now, and could really feel the difference on the skin. Made my skin soft and moisturized and no longer require to apply additional creams.
Pros:
– The combo of Shea butter, Coconut and Acacia Senegal really leaves your skin well moisturized and soft.
– It has a nice scent dominated by coconut. After bath you might feel that refreshing and the smell just fades away from your body in sometime.
– It has this small black particles that acts like a scrub exfoliating the skin but i am not sure whether people with very sensitive skin will like it.
– Made from organic products and its certified. It doesnt have harmful chemicals such as Parabens, Sulfates, or phthalates.
– Compared to bodywashes and other top branded bar soaps, this soap does the very good moisturizing job at a very decent price and also the volume(8oz) is more.
Cons:
– Only concern is the size of the soap, found it little difficult holding on to the soap initially but after a week got used to holding it.

This will be the 3rd soap bar that I have tried from the Shea moisture range & I have to say that this one is my favourite so far. It leaves the skin so soft I can’t stop touching my face, it lathers up very quickly, perfect for when showering. I would definitely buy this one again.
