Long reach, I had shoulder surgery and needed something to reach fully behind my back. The length of the handle did the job. Really like the 2 different heads the scrubber head is a little rough.

I got this mostly for a back brush in the shower. Getting older, I can’t reach as well with my old short handle brush, and this long rubber-grip handle is perfect. The dual brush head is really useful; a very dense, soft side for sensitive backs and a stiffer side for ankles, toes etc. Nice cord to hang it up on most anything. These are all an easy 5-stars.
But there’s a FLAW that, unless you fix it, would only merit 3-stars. The product comes with the handle and brush head detached. You insert the brush head onto the handle until it snaps into place (sort of). After using it the first time, I noticed that, unlike my old brush, these bristles are so tightly packed (a good thing!) that they don’t dry out overnight, so after a second use the next day, I decided to sling it out well before hanging it up. DON’T DO THIS before modifying it; the head slipped off and flew right down on to my toes, cutting 2, and turning them black and blue. Thinking I simply neglected to secure the head properly, I tested it again and discovered that the detent doesn’t hold the head on very well. It won’t come off during normal use, but you can’t sling it dry. The fix is simple: just run a small stainless steel self-tapping screw through the connection, and voila! problem solved. 5-stars!
This brings up a curious question….most back brushes have a curved handle for easier use, but this one has a straight handle, presumably because it has a double-sided head, thereby not putting you at a disadvantage when flipping brush sides, were it to have a curved handle. But wait, the brush is detachable, so why not have a curved handle? If you’re going to have a straight handle, why design a detachable head? Makes no sense.
I would give this product 6-stars if it were redesigned with a curved handle AND a detachable brush head that SECURELY snaps into place.

I needed this helpful bath brush to get those hard to reach body parts clean. As a senior with some flexibility issues, this brush lets me reach back and feet in the shower. Bristles are soft on one side and firmer on the other side. Great long handle.

The brushes on one side are very soft, and the other is medium soft; they both feel good. The handle is long and sturdy, I found it to be a good value. The problem I found is the straight handle, it makes it hard to reach places on your body. If this came with a long curved handle, it would get 5 stars.

I previously had a wooden body brush with two types of bristles. That worked reasonably well, but the handle was a little short and the coarse bristles were a little rough. Finally, after two such brushes, I concluded that they just didn’t hold up very well since the bristles were mounted in plastic holders that were apparently tacked into the wood. Over time the wood discolored from mold and algae, the plastic holders started to crack and drop bristles and the tacks holding the plastic holders rusted. This brush looks similar but the handle is plastic and a little longer; so I think this should last longer and be more comfortable to use. Recommended.

This brush is exactly what I was looking for! The length is perfect for those with mobility issues. It makes it easy to get to the hard to reach places on your back.
I also love that it has natural bristles on one side and softer synthetic on the other side. I highly recommend it!

Well, I have to say that this brush really gets the job done. It arrives in two pieces, which you snap together. The fit is snug and the brush appears to have good construction and materials. The soft bristles are perfect for scrubbing sensitive areas such as underarms and down below where our sensitive bits are located. The stiff bristles are not super stiff and perfect for arms, legs, back, shoulders, neck and so on. Maybe use the soft bristle side of the brush on the neck as to not speed up the arrival of your “turkey neck” (drooping neck skin on the neck just below the lower jaw). The length of the handle is perfect for scrubbing your ankles, feet, and taint. I like the fact that the brush handle and head are made of plastic and rubber. My old brush was made of bamboo and very hard plastic….the bamboo split and so did the hard plastic, bot of which had sharp edges that could easily scrape or cut you. We don’t want that….we want this brush.
