HORRIBLE. Was only going to return and not leave a bad review until I realized how hard this seller made returns. Not only is the protect HORRIBLE- it will only burn and bend the end of your hair, WILL NOT CURL, but to return it you have to stand in a long ass line and go through a difficult frustrating process through the UPS office. They don’t allow KOHLS return like almost every other product on Amazon. I will never ever ever buy from this seller again.
