Of course it stopped working 3 days after my return window closed…….. I have the Dry Q drier from SRI but needed a second dryer and didn’t feel like spending another $300 on another Dry Q so I figured this would be a great option for a guest bathroom since I knew I already loved the brand. Well it did stop working but honestly it is just a terrible design as well. All the control buttons are on the outside of the handle which means every time you grip the handle or change your grip while drying your hair it shuts the dryer off as your fingers can’t help but press the buttons. There is nowhere else to hold the dryer than the handle and it is so frustrating to have to restart it every 30 seconds! So disappointing as the Dry Q is amazing and I was urge this would also be.

The buttons to turn on, off plus heat setting & degree of blower air have been moved to the handle where you hold the blower. I do not like where they are now located because the settings get continually changed as I blow my hair. I liked the prior set up where they were set up on the side.

I love the way the dryer functions in drying my hair quickly with no signs of damaging it.
The only thing I find troublesome is the placement of the buttons on the handle, it is very difficult to hang onto the dryer and not engage the button settings, including the off setting.

The design is the worst ever. The buttons on the handle are placed right where your hand is holding the grip so you are constantly hitting the buttons and changing the settings. Also the airflow attachment is so loosely held that it constantly falling off. This is definitely not a good design in any way. I would not recommend. Buyer beware!

The reset button was not functioning. Appreciated that Amazon replaced the defective dryer immediately. I really like it and would have been sorry to have another brand.

Love this hair dryer. It doesnt seem to dry out my hair or frizz it. It has three settings for heat and air flow. Only thing I wish is that the low air setting was even lower. It blows hard.
