In work I regularly have to wear a hat which makes styling my short to medium hair often pointless, however since using the Slick Gorilla Sea Salt spray in conjunction with their wax products I no longer have this issue. The Sea Salt spray is easy to apply directly to your hair either wet or dry and I further activate the solution by rubbishing my fingers into the roots of the hair. I then use a hairdryer to style my hair before applying the Slick Gorilla Powder and Wax and a light amount of hairspray to fix the style inplace. Together the products create thickness and texture to the hair without leaving clumps or stickiness. After wearing a hat for several hours, I’m able to re-work the product quickly without loosing style or product integrity. I’m that happy with these products that I won’t use anything else now. The products come in a combined offer which I think is without doubt value for money.

I used a sea salt spray from my barber and in between purchases they quit carrying it and now I can’t find it anywhere.. so this was my replacement. I wasn’t really excited about it because I knew what I really wanted and anything else was just a disappointing consolation prize. I typically use this in conjunction with a clay wax putty to give my hair a little dampness before the putty. It has a fairly off-putting smell compared to what I was used to; thankfully my putty smells amazing and covers it up. When I do use this just by itself when I don’t want to go full-on, stiff-hair– this stuff holds like a sea salt spray should.. lightly.. barely.. it gives just a little hint of texture. It’s just okay in my books. When it runs out, I’ll be looking for something different.. or if I find what I used to use, I’ll just throw this stuff in the trash.

The spray itself works perfectly and i couldn’t ask for anything better. The bottle came in a loose packing slip and the cap came off in transport. Only thing i could ask for differently is for them to At least put it in a box next time. The spray itself though adds a nice subtle shine, thickens, and untangles my hair, and just overall makes my hair way more cooperative in the morning.

This spray came with out a cap. The liquid that is in the bottle is not actually product. My son had his hair done at his barber and he used this product, it smelled amazing. The liquid in this bottle smells like alcohol. Highly disappointed!
