It is not tight, fits perfect. Depending how small or big your head is. Many are complaining that it runs tight on the head, again it depends how large or small your head is, and how big your hair is. I had this item over 1 year, and it works perfect, and sometimes as I sleep it will slip off because I also have their silk pillowcases and as the two rub against each other the result is to slip off.
You honestly have to try it yourself before agreeing to someone’s own experience. I’ve read many times on products how bad it was, but I know better that it is one’s experience, and I still bought an item and worked for me. What works for others may or may not work for you.
I gave it four stars only because I don’t like the only two colors they offer. Why not make these in other colors since their pillowcases come in different colors. I would love an Ivory or Champagne color. But, honestly, I’ve tried many brands of silk, and Slip is the most realistic silk on the market. I rather invest for this price then cheap material. I mean we do sleep almost 8hrs a day.
I have their eye mask, hair bonnet, and pillowcase! I’ve tried many many brands, and This brand is by far the realist silk out there.

I don’t love this and find myself reaching for cheaper options due to the fit of this night cap. Echoing others, it’s very snug. I’m a petite 5’1 woman with an equally petite head in proportion to my stature. And it’s still obnoxiously tight on me. Additionally, it doesn’t stay in place and my hair I’m looks like a wreck when I sleep in it.

Delivery I DID NOT LIKE. Package left in our ‘mailbox’ and lid ajar. We have items stolen and anyone could have taken it.

I alternate using my slip pillow case and this. Absolutely love this brand! Only way to keep my natural curls overnight. Less split ends as well

Let me say that I don’t ever write reviews, but i am beyond satisfied with my silk cap that I have to share my experience. I have thick frizzy long hair that constantly needs ironing and keratin treatments. Lately my split ends have been horrific and so in doing some self research for treatment I read that sleeping with a silk pillow case helps…then came across this instead and it Works. I wake up in the morning without having to even brush my hair!!!!!! I’ve never ever been able to do that. My split ends are less visible. I 100 percent recommend this product

Pros:
Very well made. The stitching and quality of silk exceeded my expectations.
The cloth tab at the back of the turban is very convenient when pulling on over your hair.
It works. After wearing all night, I’ve had almost no hair loss. When wearing it I have zero knots / wild bed head I have to comb through the next morning = zero hair loss.
Cons:
It does at times come off at night.
The elastic is wide, so it may feel tight at first. I would recommend wearing it a bit before you sleep in it – it does stretch out slightly. And eventually is very comfortable.
The price point. Hair loss is a concern for many women and this is a great tool to help with that. But I think at this price point many would pass.
