My teeth are pretty white so I can not speak on noticing a big difference in the whittening process as I only used for a short period of time due to the product causing extreme sensitivity to warm and cold temperatures. I purchased this product because I read that it would not cause this issue. It took 2 weeks of non usage of the product to stop the sensitivity and I mean it was enough pain for me to stop and hold my jaw!
