Outer box was fine. Inner box was squashed and the lid on one of the bottles was missing. Found the lid in the bottom of the box and it was broken. There was some of the soap in the bottom of the box. This is the second order on this product and I found some damage in both.

This is NOT soft soap. This is a gel soap in soft soap bottles. It is not the right consistency and it doesn’t smell like the soft soap citrus either. It is not returnable and this is fraud.
