I purchase this product for my elderly mom. She has dry mouth from the side effects of her cancer medication. This is by far the best over the counter remedy we have found. The best part is that she can use this product while she sleeps. It sticks to the side of her cheek. Really helps. We have had this product added to the list of products recommended at the cancer center where she has her treatments. I highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from dry mouth.

Dry mouth is an ongoing problem for me due to continuous oxygen use. XyliMelts are the very best solution I have found. They are small in my mouth, and they are effective virtually all night long; pleasant taste also.

Xylimelts are what I use to moisturize my mouth while using the cpap at nite. They don’t last eight hours, I need to use two to get thru the night. They do stick well and taste great. Also be advised do not leave these where dogs can get to them. Xylitol is dangerous for dogs, especially small ones.

My teeth have constant coffee stains so I always need some form of whitening. I’ve been using the crest white strips but didn’t feel like I had been achieving any results. This is after four uses and I think the results are subtle but I can definitely tell a difference. My husband even noticed which we all know is a big deal. Will purchased again!

The short answer is: these work. I buy them regularly. If you have dry mouth, I strongly recommend giving them a try.
Warning: under no circumstances let your dog/cat get a hold of them. Its primary ingredient is Xylitol. Xylitol is tremendously poisonous to them. Even with swift veterinary treatment, they often experience liver failure after ingesting even a tiny amount.
I had this product recommended to me by my sleep doctor. I tend to get congested at night and breathe through my mouth. It can be really terrible, dry enough to wake me up and keep me up. I figured, “duh… you’re breathing through your mouth… what could you possibly do to stop this except breathe through your nose, which is impossible sometimes?”
I’m generally skeptical of products like this, but picked them up at her suggestion.
My experience is first and foremost, they minimize dry mouth while I’m sleeping. It isn’t perfect, but it’s enough of an improvement that I no longer wake up or am kept awake. They were easy to get used to having in my mouth. The tablet is intelligently designed. The one side is a light brown and flat. This is the part that becomes a bit sticky, and adheres to the inside of your mouth between cheek and gum. The other side, white and rounded, is toward your gums/inside of your mouth. It really sticks; I’ve never had it dislodged while sleeping. The taste is mild and pleasant. It lasts most or all of the night. If I don’t use one right when I go to bed and I wake up wanting to put one in, the fact that one side is flat and one side rounded means I can apply it without having to turn my light on.
As mentioned, I now buy these frequently and have no hesitation recommended them for someone to try.

I didn’t know there was such a thing until a few months ago. I love these little tablets. Slip one between your molars and your cheek. They seriously last a few hours. So helpful!
