Directions say apply to desired areas. Well like a dummy I globbed this on because, well I wanted to sweat the fat away. First round I did about 4-5 pumps & massaged on my stomach & back. Didn’t think it was enough so I added 2-3 more pumps. Put on my sweet sweat wrap and out the door I went. It’s about 20 minutes to my gym. I could start to feel a slight tingle/warming sensation. After my warmup, my abs and back were on fire!!!
I’m olive toned skin and the areas where I applied were bright red. I ended up taking off my sweat wrap to finish workout. Immediately showered after workout.
Overall I think it’s a good product. Just don’t apply too much. Definitely see what your tolerance is
