For the low cost, you would think that maybe this would be a sub-par facial cleanser.
But holy wow. Not only does it smell absolutely phenomenal (clean and fresh and not at all overpowering), it exfoliates amazingly well, and with NATURAL exfoliants! No little gross plastic-y beads, like so many others. Does such a great job at sloughing off all the dead skin and grime, yet somehow still gentle as can be on my skin. Salicylic acid, without any of the burning feeling that typically comes with any product that has it.
I bought one bottle just to try it out, then after using it for a week went back and bought three more bottles because I’m worried it’s going to be discontinued (like everything else I love) or bought out of stock.

Let me preface this by saying I know absolutely nothing about skincare. Whatever the bare minimum of skincare is, I have routinely spent my life doing less. I’ve always had huge pores, but after turning 30 I decided they were gross and I needed a change. I’ve used exfoliating cream from friends a few times in my life, so deciding I needed my own, I took a gamble on this cream despite knowing absolutely nothing, and boy I feel like I won the lottery. This stuff feels SO GOOD. It gives the same satisfying feeling of freshly peeled skin after a sunburn, or the fresh inside of a peeled potato. But on your face. I use it whenever I shower and I’ve never noticed any kind of skin irritation. It sure feels great though, and it smells clean and fresh. I always leave feeling like my face has been deep cleaned. Surely this freshness must be like what a newly molted reptile feels. Refreshed. Rejuvenated. Thriving.
While it doesn’t fulfill the power fantasy of gouging out the gunk from every pore on my face (which I admit is unrealistic), it definitely is gentle enough to not scar my cheeks from the pressure with which I am Attempting to gouge out all the gunk. I do think it keeps it down though. I also haven’t noticed any particular increase in acne, which is something I read these types of exfoliants often do. So anyway, long story short, this stuff rules. If you want to feel like a new man/woman, get ready to scrub your cheeks off. This cream rocks.

It’s not too coarse, it’s a “medium” scrub. It washes off super easy and makes washing my face only take a couple moments. I don’t use it every day, only about 2-3 times a week, but I have noticed clearer skin and less blemishes+blackheads overall.
It washes off easily and doesn’t leave a residue. It removes the oil from my face and makes me look cleaner, especially when I’m on these remote team calls and have to use a halo-light thing. Just throwing out an example there. If I have an emergency zoom/teams call and can’t grab a shower in time, this is perfect to “glow up” in prep for the call. It’s honestly my “go-to” at this point lol. No shame!

It smells great! it is not as thick as the apricot St. Ives and it still has a little grit to it for exfoliation. I like this one for in between running out of Apricot blemish control scrub.

This scrub is on auto refill for me. I love the scent every time I use it in the shower. I appreciate the size of the grains. The grains can exfoliate without cutting your skin. My skin feels smooth and soft after every use.

Smells amazing and is gentle on sensitive skin despite being an exfoliant. If it’s to abrasive then odds are you just need to add more water. If it’s not exfoliating enough then your using to much water when scrubbing. It really is the perfect balance that my face has needed. No more burning as long as I don’t use an acne product right before it.

Ich nutze diese Firma seid den 80ern und liebe die Produkte! Bisher habe ich immer das Apricot Scrub genutzt, jetzt hatte ich dieses probiert. Die Haut ist immer super schön nach der Marke, insbesondere werden die Poren kleiner. Kann ich auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen!
