I read a lot of reviews that gave me hope.
My hair is very fine and straight, medium length. If I pull it all into a ponytail it’s about the thickness of three chopsticks.
Day one trial:
I used about 1/2 tsp. without any other products in my hair to see its effect alone. My hair was soft, per usual, but not noticeably fuller or thicker after a blow dry. By the end of the day, it was as if I hadn’t washed my hair in a couple of days, stringy.
Day two trial:
I used it with my regular mousse. Again, no noticeable thickness or fullness. Styled as usual, and it is no different than using mousse alone. Also, strangely, it’s as if it’s causing my regular hairspray not to work.
Unfortunately, it’s being returned.

This item is so hard to find in big box stores. It gives my hair the feel of thickness and volume for a very reasonable price.

This balm works so well on my hair, I can’t believe the difference. I’m 55, have fine hair that has gotten so soft and blah as I age. A little of this gives it just enough texture and volume to keep a little lift. And, a little dab goes a long way.

Needed replacement for Marc Anthony discontinued thickener. Tried a few and this was best match. Makes hair fluffy and thick with no stiffness or hold. The unscented variety is not unscented but I don’t mind the scent

This is a really good product for you if you only use when you blow dry your hair. Hair comes out smooth & soft with no frizz. The only downside is if you are using this for your hair to air dry it is a bit sticky & makes hair an almost crunchy texture. The smell is nice & not overpowering. It does make hair easier to brush through as well when heat styling.

And the next day just put in some dry shampoo spray, touch up your style and wallah!…

First off, the price. So cheap! Tried it for the first time. It was very sticky when wet but wasn’t after blow drying. It took longer to dry my hair. I didn’t use my usual mousse. It definitely looks thicker. It doesn’t shine though. My blonde and grey hair Looks dull. Next time I may add a glosser and see what happens. For the price, I’ll try it again.
