I believe the price is high for what the product offers. You can get Murray’s for 1/2 the price and Tres Flores for a 1/3.

Being oil-based, it’s a perfect mix of sticky but with a little shine (wet look). Holds well throughout the day. Just warm up about an almond-sized amount in palms and mix into hair. Only takes a little bit so this can should last a long time.

For reference, I have thick, fine, straight blonde hair.
I love this stuff. The hold, the scent, the shine. It’s perfect for my hair type, and the hold is strong but still pliable. It’s perfect for pomps or just slicking your hair back. Something I love about it is that I can restyle my hair throughout the day without needing to reapply – the stuff just stays in. It smells great (kinda citrusy), and the scent is quite strong; I like this.
The only drawback is that this stuff is pretty hard to get out. It does not come out with water like Suavecito’s water based pomades, nor does it come out with shampoo in one wash. I’ll find I often still have a bit left in my hair after a shower at night (which honestly isn’t a problem for me, makes styling the next day easier, lol). This pomade can literally stay in your hair for days. Be aware of this when using!
Overall, it’s fantastic for what it is. A firm oil pomade with fantastic shine and stellar scent to boot. Just know that it won’t wash out easily!

Esta Pomada es muy buena si buscas estilos de peinado con mucho brillo o unos más clásicos o formales.
-Tiene una fijación media y brillo moderado, tirando a alto, pero tampoco tanto como el de un gel.
-El aroma es muy bueno, es la clásica colonia suavecito
-Es dificil de lavarla, pero eso es algo que pasa con todas las pomadas de base aceite como esta
-Puedes volver a peinarte usando un poco de agua y un peine o cepillo conforme pasa el día, debido a que no seca como un gel
-Puede dejar el cabello algo grasoso, pero si la usas con medida, se puede reducir este efecto

At last I have found the perfect hair dressing! Tried many over the years and this is by far the best for me. Feels great, looks great, smells great! Apply sparingly to dry hair, ( oil based dressing and water don’t mix) more of a nice sheen than a shine, holds well throughout the day, and can comb through again in the evening for a tidy up and freshen up without adding any more. Well pleased!

Excellent produit je recommande fortement pour coiffer et sculpter ses cheveux. J’utilise ce produit ainsi que le strong hold de chez suavecito pour faire ma coupe pompadour ou banane style rock n roll et donc ce produit ainsi que tous les autres de cette marque correspond très bien et permet de sculpter et coiffer. Très bonne tenue toute la journée et s’enlève facilement au lavage et champoing.

The pomade works amazingly in the hair as being an Oil-Based it won’t dry like the Water-Based products Suavecito also sells. This comes with the added benefit of potential restyling throughout the day should anything happen to your hairstyle. This feature of restyling does come at the cost of being somewhat difficult to wash out of the hair although this product leaves the hair much better than Murray’s for example. The breakdown and application work fantastic providing great hold throughout the day although with the hold being a medium might work poorly for longer and more unruly hair types. The scent is also similar to the standard Suavecito water-based but does not last as long as I would like which is why I docked it from a 5 to a 4-star rating. One purely cosmetic feature of the product is the fantastic quality and presentation of the container (With this container being similar to the one utilized by the classic Murray’s Pomade) which seems sturdy while maintaining an amazing presentation that would look fantastic if you happen to leave it on the countertop. Overall the product’s low price and great quality make it a fantastic addition to anyone’s hair product lineup and one I would recommend despite the lack of a long-lasting scent and lower hold.
