(EDIT) okay so after using this I can confirm it is not easy to wash out of my fine straight hair at all when in the shower using shampoo and conditioner I felt like I had to shampoo and condition a couple of times for it to get out of my hair. So I’m now trying out reuzel matte clay if that doesn’t work I’m going back to uppercut deluxe matte clay

My husband has been using this product for years and absolutely loves it. Its one of those things that we buy on repeat. A little bit of product goes a long way and holds up for the entire day. My husband wakes up early and puts the product in, and by the time he sleeps, his hair is still in tact. Highly reccomend this product.

Noticed a lot of my initial combing looked good, an hour later saw a lot of random hairs not holding in place. And it is a pain in the ass to wash out too. Dor being such a problem to wash out, that hold should have been way better. Not a fan!

So, in a nutshell, this is one of the best hair products I’ve ever used. In terms of styling it is absolutely amazing. It gives you a fairly strong hold while not being crusty or hard. You can really restyle your hair by wetting it again. It also doesn’t give you that shiny greasy look that most pomades do. The only issue I have with this product it that it is NOT easy to wash out. Or, I should say it wasn’t until I figured something out. And it’s extremely simple. For anyone having issue or for future buyers there’s one thing you need to do to wash this product out with a single shampoo session. When you get your hair wet and lather on your shampoo LEAVE the shampoo in your hair for about 10 minutes. Get it good and soapy on your hair and then move on to the rest of your shower. Clean your body and face and go back to your hair after about 10 minutes of leaving your shampoo on it and I guarantee when you rinse it out the product will be gone. Easy as that. I’m so glad I figured this out because I love this product.

I considered gatekeeping this stuff but no longer. I’ve been using it every day for about a week and have put it through the ringer (walked around in the heat all day at school, had very intense gym sessions with running/sprinting, etc.) and it’s been phenominal. It gives you an unreal amount of volume if that’s something that interests you and has a subtle shine that I think looks nice. The hold is about as good as you can get (my hair would get a little flat after the long running/sprinting) but if I ran my hands through it again it would be back to how it was. It IS very hard to completely get out, you’re going to need to use extra shampoo/conditioner in the shower but that can be a positive if you like still having texture/volume when you get out of the shower and just towel/air dry your hair. I consider this a positive but could *potentially?* be a negative for someone who uses this sparingly and wants their hair to be flat again. I’ve used hair products for over twenty years and this is by far the best i’ve ever used, I will never buy another and you can’t beat the value.

I have very thick hair and many hair products don’t have enough hold. This one works great! Very strong hold but not hard/crunchy. You only need a little bit to style your hair. My only complaint is that it is a little hard to wash out if you use too much of it, but that comes with the territory of a wax based product.

This product is terrible to translate into your hair. My hair is thick and this stuff is clumpy and pulls at your hair when applying. Looks greasy and took multiple washings to get product out of hair!

Mi aspetto che tenesse molto di più, invece sui miei capelli questa cera mantiene la pettinatura per massimo un oretta poi dopo i capelli già iniziano a fare quello che vogliono. L’odore è buono ma un po persistente e quindi nauseante, la consistenza un po burrosa la rende difficile da lavorare sui capelli. Altro difetto di questa cera è che appesantisce parecchio i capelli. Per i soldi spesi non ne vale assolutamente la pena. È un prodotto discreto per quel che mi riguarda ma nulla di così eclatante.
