I like having this on the wall. I could not find the Oster one that I bought years ago but this looked exactly the same and actually seemed to be the same one. It even hooked onto the old wall plate for quick placement.
Old Oster model 76932-710 and this Sunbeam 1632-020 seem to be identical.

We had purchased this 13 years ago and it broke so we ordered the exact same one as we have been very happy with it. I think getting 13 years out of a hair dryer that is used everyday is good quality.

This dryer is bigger and better constructed than the other two we tried, and powerful. It’s wall bracket was identical to the one we already had on the wall, though the fit with either bracket was too loose. If one pulled upward upon the coiled cord, which is a logical thing to do when drying hair, it would pull the dryer off the wall. I finally superglued it to the bracket and it’s fine now. But a mechanism to lock the dryer to the mount like some other dryers have would have been nice.

I’ve had this dryer for several years and keep on replacing them when they quit. The heating element seems to affect the blades and makes them break after several years. Even though it does this it still is a great buy and wonderful to have on my wall instead of fumbling to find it in a draw.

We ordered 8 of these for our locker rooms and the residents really like them. One of the dryers had a heating coil issue after 6 months and the company was quick to respond and is sending a replacement. I am very pleased with the company and the product. I will purchase again and I am sure it was just a one-off that the one broke within 6 months.
