Fast delivery, arrived 6 days before initial delivery. I opened the package and noticed that the crème and gel container was kind of cracked upon arrival. No leakage from it tho. I haven’t used it yet I’ll update after use on kids hair

So the product is great, has helped so much with my daughters hair. Now why did I give it three stars, I didn’t receive the shampoo. I got two conditioners instead which doesn’t make sense like how can I wash my daughter hair without shampoo. I emailed the sender like over three weeks ago. The responded in a timely matter and said they will send the shampoo… as of now still awaiting, highly disappointed in the customer service. Not a way to run a business

Firstly shipping was subpar as other reviews have mentioned . My package arrived on time yes but it was transferred from ups to usps and I wasn’t able to pick it up while it was sitting at my local ups store. The box was beat up bad. None of the product was damaged and I don’t fault the seller for how bad shipping is. My first impression is the value for the money the product is filled to the rim of the containers! No air! The smell and consistency is so good. Better than other products I’ve tried on my daughter. I won’t be giving a full review on its performance until I test it out for a few weeks but I can say it’s very promising so far! My daughters hair is so much easier to comb and looks so much better already

My son is EXTREMELY tender headed.. not to mention he’s only 1, with a head full of curly hair.. I’ve tried several products to help soften and detangle his hair, but this one has proven it self. Not only does the product smell good, but it makes detangling and styling easier on me and my baby.. will be my go to from now on..
A Deal –
Took the seller over two weeks to ship the product. A week additional after I reached out to them. While I recommend the products the seller was terrible. Would be better if Amazon stocked it themselves.
