This was a good developer for my needs, it worked just as well as any 40 volume developer I’ve purchased from Sally’s Beauty Supply. I did not use it for my hair, so I couldn’t comment on that. I needed it to apply to craft grade bones that needed whitening for art projects. It is nice and thick so easy to apply with a paintbrush. I would purchase it again and was happy with the price point. It came packaged securely.

I used to restore the withe to my kitchen appliance handles and skins. It is creamy enough that it did not dry out and run all over the place. It really worked well for this purpose. Paint it on and cover with plastic wrap and leave int e sun for a few hours. Clean and repeat if needed.

40 Volume Developer: Just what you need to color your hair blonde at home.
It brings out the blonde … and then some.
Careful – this product is STRONG and POTENT. Do not leave on your hair for longer than 20 to 30 minutes.
I would recommend only for those people with naturally light brown hair. If your natural color is darker than that, consult your hairdresser.
To use:
Mix 2 parts developer with 1 part color.
