I have mature skin with crow’s feet, and own both the E.l.f. and the Supergoop Unseen. I expected the E.l.f. to be best as my makeup primer. I hoped! Both feel good and give you a healthy-looking blur. In the heat of August in Arizona, the E.l.f. kind of softened and melted with my powder foundation on top, settling into my crow’s feet. A lot of my makeup disappeared – not much left on my towel.

But the Supergoop Unseen held up much better – no melting, no sliding, and my crow’s feet didn’t intensify. The E.l.f. is really good, but the Unseen is amazing. You’ll have to pry your makeup out of the Unseen’s cold dead hand, if you will! 🙂

I use this on myself and my kids when we go to the park or the beach. They never have a sunburn after I use this product! It works well with my sensitive skin and it is not super oily and doesn’t make me break out when I use it. Also use a primer for my make up. Makes my skin feel super soft. Definitely worth the money.

I take really good care of my skin in *almost* every way, but I’ll be honest and admit that I know I’m slacking in the sunblock department. I know I should wear sunblock every time I go out, and I KNOW that sunblock is probably the best thing you can do for your skin to prevent signs of aging (and to protect your skin, of course.) After trying Supergoop ONE TIME, I realized why I’ve been so resistant to wear sunblock regularly… it’s the smell and texture of most sunblocks that bothers me. Thank you Supergoop, for the introspection and realization that there is a high SPF, broad-spectrum sunblock that 1) doesn’t smell at all; 2) isn’t greasy; 3) doesn’t make your face shiny and sweaty-looking; AND 4) acts as a magnifying, pore-minimizing primer! Even if I don’t feel like wearing makeup, this protects my skin whilst acting as an all-in-one sunblock that gives my skin an pore-blurring, matte effect that’s so light and velvety-smooth, you’ll forget it’s even there! 100000% worth it! I ended up buying 3 more products from Supergoop!

This sunscreen is the only thing I’ve tried that’s truly weightless. And I’ve tried them all (at least it feels like I have.) I’m acne prone and so I hate the feeling of heavy mineral sunscreen slathered in my skin and don’t love feeling like I look like I put on ghost makeup. This does none of those things. It’s velvety smooth. Don’t love the price — but what are you gonna do? Oh and the “glow” version of this is much chalkier

    **USING MY HUSBAND’S ACCOUNT **
I live in Arizona, so sunscreen is important. I haven’t been the best at incorporating it into my daily routine because other sunscreens have had a weird smell and made me feel like I was wearing a slimy mask. This product is something that I can wear alone but I can also comfortably wear makeup with it too and not feel cakey or like I have loads of product on my face. I highly recommend this product!

This is the first sunscreen I’ve tried that truly had no scent and no greasiness–it soaks right into your skin, is totally invisible, does not change into a sticky mess–and guards you completely from the sun. It’s great.

I like how this face sunscreen goes on invisible and doesn’t leave this white haze on there face when applied. We went out to farm for the day with just this on there face and they both had no sun burn for the day and they didn’t mind it since it spreads so nicely and smooth. I am a fan of this product and will continue to buy it going forward. A+ rating for me.

The cream is clear, and it is very smooth. Leaves the skin feeling fresh and nice.

UPDATE: Trader Joe’s makes a perfect dupe for $9! I can attest to it being a near perfect match to Unseen Sunscreen and it’s slightly more matte! Literally everything I was searching for;)

Let’s get this out of the way – I haven’t found a sunscreen yet that checks all the boxes for me, and I’ve tried many. Unseen Sunscreen has come the closest to checking off all I need.

First, the drawbacks: it’s pricey, especially for someone like me who reapplies throughout the day. It is not mattifying; it definitely does not add shine, which is such a huge thing considering most sunscreens make me look like I’ve slathered on bacon grease, lol. Still, it doesn’t tone down any shine from moisturizers, etc. that sit under it.

That’s the only drawbacks for me. I love everything else about this. The texture is a slippery silicone primer texture, which might take getting used to for some, but it means you can apply and reapply as needed without pilling – it’s very buildable. It definitely lives up to the name of Unseen – I never notice a difference in look or feel after I’ve applied it. I use this for everyday use and, as a sun protector, it does it’s job. I still use a SPF 100 for extended time in bright outdoor sun but that’s my preference, YMMV.

Overall, it’s the best I’ve tried and would give 5 stars if the price was lower and if it were more matte but otherwise I love it!
