As mentioned in the title, I have fine, curly hair that is also quite long. I use this brush after the shower to detangle my wet hair and it works like a dream. I brush my hair in sections and this cuts through any knots extremely easily. I also like that it has a handle. I used to use the red handle-less brush for curly hair and it could get awkward to hold. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that when my hair is straight, I don’t like how it brushes on it dry. (I do not brush my curly hair when it is dry). I use the Verb brush for that.

Before having this brush, i thought it was overhyped. After having this brush, there is no a wash without it. i use it daily and I even travel with it, despite the size. Only wish i get it earlier. It massages my scalp and detangle my hair before my wash, which makes wash be more effective and i pull my hair less during wash. 100% recommend.

Love this brush, the bristles make it super easy to clean hair out, however I wish they were slightly thicker to not bend so easy. They have no attached caps on them so nothing to catch on your hair and pull it out. The handle is short I’d prefer a larger handle.

I love this product. If you’ve ever wrestled with knots and tangles, you’re in for a treat. This brush is like a magic wand that turns hair chaos into silky smoothness with just a few strokes! I have two Tangle Teasers, small for a bag and bigger for home use, both perfect. Highly recommend!

I have very kinky hair and it was able to brush through it fine. I’ve used the Unbrush as well and it broke while trying to detangle plus some bristles bent odly. Comparatively it’s an amazing brush!

Not sure what the rave is about the “unbrush” that is circulating the internet. The true gem is this right here, the tangle teaser! I am so impressed with how effortlessly this brush untangles the hair, wet or dry, and doesn’t pull or get stuck in the process. I have medium-long length hair and my stylist recommended this brush to me. I use chemicals and color on my hair so of course my hair has some minimal damage to it, as expected, but this brush has helped keep my breakage at bay and not cause my hair to fall out like the “unbrush” did! Throw out every brush you own and do your hair a favor and purchase a tangle teaser! You will not be disappointed! My hair is soft, shiny, tangle & frizz-free! 10/10!! 💛

I recently purchased the Tangle Teezer Wet Hair Brush, and finally no more hair breakage. I’m in my early 50s and other wet hair detanglers have not been as gentle on my hair. I’ve always struggled to find a brush that works well on wet hair without causing breakage or pain.
Pros:
* Gentle on Hair: The flexible bristles glide through my wet hair effortlessly, detangling knots without pulling or causing breakage.
* Ergonomic Design: The handle is comfortable to hold and doesn’t slip out of my hand, even when wet.
* Versatile: It works great on both wet and dry hair, although I like it better on wet hair.
* Easy to Clean: The brush is easy to clean, and the bristles don’t trap hair or product residue. This is an often overlooked bonus…you know how the rubber cushion pad of other brushes collect dust, product residue, you know the white fluff stuff – well this one doesn’t. It cleans effortlessly.
Improvement Ideas:
* Size: I’d like to see this in a larger size, longer handle and bigger brush pad.
Last but not least, according to my 17yr old daughter who has long medium-thick hair — she tried this detangler and threw out her 2 other name brand detanglers that cost a lot more and purchased her own Tangle Teezer. She said this one cleans up better and is less stressful on her hair. She had one other detangler where the cushion pad kept popping out – again more expensive than the Tangle Teezer.
I don’t think anyone will regret this purchase.
