This stuff does the job. I use it for my face and neck. I put three drops in with my moisturizer. It provides great color. The smell is mild as well. It can be streaky if you don’t rub it in good. A much cheaper alternative compared to some. It’s as good as any expensive stuff I’ve used. Will order again when I run out.

As a busy mom, I really don’t have any time to sit out and tan or apply a fake tan all over. I absolutely hate being super white, so this is perfect. I just add 2-3 drops of the light color to my face lotion and rub it all over my face and neck. It gives me just a little bit of color so I don’t look like a ghost, but it’s not too strong that it doesn’t match my body. I will always be using this! I feel like I don’t have to wear makeup as well. Additionally, it doesn’t seem to break me out.

Ich habe nun schon verschiedene Selbstbräunungsprodukte ausgestet aber dieses ist mit eines der schlechtesten. Richtig geduscht, Peeling benutzt und natürlich auch bodylotion und dazwischen gewartet aber trotzdem ist das Ergebnis nicht nur fleckig sondern auch absolut orange und das bei einem Hellen Hauttyp? nein danke!

I’ve used almost every self tanner on the market and these self tanning drops by far are my favorite thus far. I love that I can mix it in with my daily moisturizer so not only am I getting color, I am also getting a nice glow. I am very fair skinned and I use two pumps of lotion to one dropper of tanning water. I’ve found this ratio to work best for me and give me the color I am looking for. I wear gloves when applying and have had no issues with streaking or patchy application. I typically will put it in at night and shower in the morning which leaves me with the perfect glow.

I love this stuff. I have told so many friends and family about it. They all love it too. I will keep buying this product and using this product and recommending this product. Easy to use. Use a headband to pull back all your hair first. Then I mix 2 drops of self tan oil with a full pump of facial moisturizer. Mix together with both hands really well. Apply the blended mixture all over your face and neck. Allow to air dry completely. Make sure you wash your hands with soap and water right after you have put it all over your face and neck. Otherwise it will stain your hands really bad. Great price and great product! LOVE it!

I liked the idea that you can mix it with your favorite moisturizer. I decided to try out the dark. My natural skin tone is pale, with thin skin where you can see every purple vein and pretty dark purple under eye circles. My goal was to make my face look healthier.
What I didn’t like is that it made me look too yellow, almost like I had jaundice. I had to use 5 drops in both, my evening and my morning routine because I exfoliate and use retinoids daily. Doing so, greatly diluted my moisturirer. Also to me the bottle is just atrocious. It is impractical and deceiving. First, it is too tall and too skinny so it’s prone to tipping. Yes, I lost 3/4 of the product due to a spill. Second, the bottle is about 1 oz. I placed another 1 oz standard bottle with dropper right next to it and as you can see it is much more compact. To be precise, The Tannologist bottle says 1.01 oz, which is about 29.869 milliliters using google converter, and The Ordinary bottle goes by 1 oz or 30 ml, so it is safe to say that both bottles are about 30 ml.
In conclusion, I will not repurchase this product and search elsewhere for a tanning product that suits me better. But if I wanted to ever repurchase, I would go with the extra dark to use less drops.

i’ve only had these drops 2 days and i love them, i hate tanning products that have that weird smell but this one is mild and bearable and the glow is amazing! just be careful how you use it bc it will be patchy and stain your hands. i also have some calluses on my hands and they will stain then instantly so i recommend using a glove and definitely MIX WITH LOTION!! also if you put on face make sure to blend evenly. overall i love this stuff and will continue to use it. i put it on after my shower and an hour later i noticed a huge difference
