Sad! It worked great the 1st time; almost too hot. The second time, the heat was on high but gave closer to medium heat. The 3rd time, I got cool to medium heat on the left and hot on the right. I’ll be looking for a new one soon.

The dryer high setting is hot enough to dry hair in a short amount of time without being too hot where you can’t stand sitting under it. The dryer is fairly flimsy and the neck is not adjustable (to move up & down for height). Takes up a lot of space for storage.

I don’t find that it’s any hotter than a dryer in a salon. I love it I can mold my hair and dry my hair to perfection. I put it on cool setting for about 2 minutes afterwards. All settings come on quickly. I have zero issues. Great price and great product

I have shoulder length thick curly hair and using the weight of diffuser and hair dryer makes for tired arm. What took 1hour blow drying by hand now takes 20.

I bought this dryer hoping it would dry roller sets faster, and its not as loud as the one I tried before, but it doesn’t dry their hair any faster and its to late to return this dryer. The heat only blows down out of the top and not the sides. It’s a very poor design and I don’t recommend it.

I tried the Connair Bonnet (it’s not ionic) the Red and this one. The Talsalon is superior by far. Here’s why 1. It’s ionic, great for thick hair. 2. It’s quiet. 3. Unlike the other which in my opinion just blew ridiculously hot hair which seemed to irritate my scalp, this is gentle but effective. My scalp, face and eyes are fine. Talsalon is my pick of the 3. It best mimics the effectiveness of a standing portable ionic dryer
