I just ordered a 3rd pack and I’m forced to change my 5 star review to 2/3. They have changed from the two sided scrubby to one sided. The other side is soft. They did not state that they changed it. The previous version was long lasting and did a great job. This new version I’m not fond of. They should give the consumer a choice or at least tell us. I will update again.
I use to purchase a similar one from Wal-mart. It was $4 for one, and after about 10 uses it was soft and mushy. This one right here is cost effective and works. I mean it really works. If you want to give your body a good wash, I mean good, use this. It doesn’t irritate your skin. It just works. Get it.

Had previously bought Items like this from The Body Shop. They stopped making them. Was great to be able to now purchase something that replicates. Whilst it is not as luxurious as the The Body Shop item (Cheaper material for the edging) it does what it is supposed to do. On the other hand total overkill in the packaging. The 5 cloths were vacuumed sealed to 3mm thick and then placed in a 40x30x15 box with plastic air padding – a simple recycled padded bag would have sufficed. Amazon – You need to do better with this.

I’ve been using woven agave washcloths of one sort or another for years. Most of them don’t hold up well. They either fall apart, or they ‘tighten up’, and are impossible to lay flat. And some of them are rough enough to skin you alive.
I bought a 5-pack of these, and have used two so far. One in the shower, and one at the bathroom sink where I wash hands and face several times per day. They’ve been in use for a 5-6 weeks, with daily use, and they’re still like new. They lay soft and flat, with no curling. The stitched edging, and the woven cloth material, are both still intact with no fraying.
The nature of the weave causes them to wring out and dry more readily than most of this type, which may help to explain the longevity. The roughness is just right. Used ‘hard’ on arms, hands, etc, there’s enough to satisfy. Used on the face, they exfoliate and remove oils (with a bit of castille soap), without hurting. They’re still rough enough I wouldn’t recommend them for small children.

I really love these cloths. I decided to forego the bar soap, I used a brand made for dry skin, but still found my skin dry, and at times it would itch. I got some organic gel soap and decided to get these to go with it. I used them for the first time this morning. They are gentle, yet, exfoliates. It made my skin feel great! I did use it on my face with my facial soap. I think I’m really going to feel a difference once I keep using the gel and these cloths. So far, 5 stars!!!

These are not soft. They are more like a buff puff and they feel great. I suffer from dry skin in the winter and these have helped so much. They are easy to clean and I’ve only used one so far. Great price.

These are rough enough to exfoliate, but not so rough that it scratches you. These are just right.
