I got a haircut at a Paul Mitchell School six weeks ago, and the instructor advised the student to use this on my hair which, due to thyroid disease, falls out by the handfuls, and she also advised me to try it. I did, and before I returned for a second cut in six weeks, my husband and I could tell a difference. I found a had a harder time finding some of the thinning spots because they weren’t so thin, and I also noticed that I didn’t need to pick up as much hair after showering. I got my second cut this week, and the student also noticed a marked improvement.

This product was recommended by my hair stylist. I have only been using it for a couple of months. My hair is not falling out the way it was. The only negative is the pump. I was warned by my stylist there were complaints about the pump not working. The first bottle the pump worked for one application, the second about two weeks, and the recent bottle only worked for less then a week. I had to purchase a traveling squeeze bottle such as you would use with hand sanitizer.

This absolutely works – better than Rogaine. I’ve been using for 2 years now, and as long as I keep using it at least once per day with few skips, I don’t lose hair. After 9 months or so I noticed a significant increase in the volume of my hair. I never would have given a product like this a second look, but a stylist recommended it and she’s one I totally trust. You have to be patient, but if you experience hair loss from hormones, or if you get the dread shed certain times of year, this may help you!!

I hope this helps those who found that the nozzle gets clogged after several applications. On my first bottle also had the problem of clogging of the nozzle. As this product did promote hair growth as it claimed in my case I was willing to buy a few more bottles. So far the new bottle is not clogged. If you take 30 seconds to take off the nozzle and press it against the faucet as it streams out hot water to flush the sticky residue and then place it back on the bottle and return the safety cap, it prolongs the use of a free flowing nozzle. I hope this helps those that complained about the nozzle clogging but loved the product as I do. YOU must see water come out of the nozzle to know that its been cleaned. AND YOU MUST RINSE IT EVER TIME YOU USE THE PRODUCT. this only takes a few seconds and is well worth the benefits.

Other reviewers are right when they say that the bottle clogs up and stops working. As for the product, its hard to tell whether these things work or not but I like to use it as a sort of styling gel. It gives the hair volume and mildly keeps it in place. Not sure if its actually stopping any thinning though.
