I use this once a day most days when I have time to for a half hour. I personally have not experienced any sensitivity issues. I’m a heavy coffee drinker so I definitely need to upkeep whitening my teeth.
I’ve used strips and while I’ve liked them, the light system on this is there to help accelerate the whitening process. It also has a “red light” to help with sensitivity. I used to whiten my teeth with Smile Direct Clubs whitening system that also used a light as well but unlike Ollms system, Smile Directs did not have a red light to help with sensitivity. The light also had to be plugged into your phone in order to work whereas Ollms is rechargeable therefore no wires attached which is so nice.
I have used overnight whitening serums as well which have left my teeth beyond sensitive for days. So far this product has whitened and kept my mouth feeling good. Very impressed and happy so far!

Opening the packaging, it’s easy to figure out the directions. It’s also easy to store everything away when you’re done using it all in the box. The whitening sticks are easy to use and apply, and the blue light tray is actually comfortable to wear as you continue doing whatever you need to during the time you have to wear them! I love the color chart to keep track and will purchasing again in the future!

I did what the instructions said. He burned my upper cargo and I made them completely white and sensitive. So I can’t eat anything citrus or salty because the pain is hell. What a disappointment.

I brush my teeth three times a day, but my teeth still look discolored and dull, which makes me less confident when talking or smiling. The appliance is comfortable when used and very accurate in size. I work from home, and it fits perfectly in my daily routine. The instructions are easy to follow. It’s not messy you apply the gel to each tooth and the brush pen applicator makes it easy. I thought I would have tooth sensitivity since I used the product back to back since I messed up. I used the product using the red light and the results were still impressive.
