Lo use por 5 dias, y el cambio es bien notorio, si quita las manchas de cafe 👍. La unica recomendacion es si tienen fisuras por bruxism en sus dientes o alguna carie, no lo coloquen sobre ese diente porque aumenta la sensibilidad.

At 62, it’s important to me to keep my smile youthful and white. I had been using a store brand as well as a better brand of whitening toothpaste but had not used whitening strips for a while. I think a friend’s hygienist recommended these and they worked really well. Although recommended to do the series 2x following the appropriate guidelines, I opted to order one box to see how they worked. I definitely plan to do the series again soon as it’s been a few months and will recommend these to others. They work great and my smile is looking bright. Do take heed of the amount of time the strips have to stay on though. It’s a commitment.

My dentist recommended these whitening strips to me after I told her about my problems using whitening toothpaste, and they were about $30 cheaper online compared to buying them through the dentist!
Per my dentist’s recommendation, I have been repeating the 5-day treatment every six months until I get my desired whiteness. I don’t think there is anything that will keep your teeth white forever, but the results of Sheer White strips are visible for a long time. In my case, I have been using them for the past two years and I’ve never been happier with any other whitening strips or paste.
My mouth has become sensitive, so many whitening products have hurt my teeth or irritated my gums. Sheer White feels much more gentle, yet has so much power. During the 5-day treatment period, I would leave them on about 60-90 minutes and notice the difference after the second day. The application is pretty similar to other strips; just don’t get too much saliva on the whitening part or the strips will slide around on your teeth and you’ll taste the product (which tastes no different from a regular toothpaste).
Considering you have good dental hygiene, the results of Sheer White will stay with you up to – if not longer than – the second treatment, if you decide you want more whitening. This is a great long-term whitening product and I don’t have any complaints; it works amazing on my sensitive teeth and now they are about 8 shades lighter. If you’re unsure about trying them please ask your dentist first if these strips would be right for you!

My dentist sold these to me for the same price on Amazon. They don’t even bother to offer a whitening service because these work so well. They said it’s because they’re gentle, 2 hours is as long as any hydrogen peroxide product will work anyway & also because it’s a great value. These strips are so large, you can cut them in half. One strip is good for the top & bottom!!

The taste is nothing like regular white strips hydrogen peroxide flavor where I used to have to suck on a mint or hard candy while using them to mask the gross flavor. The flavor of these are hard to explain. It’s kind of sweet, but not at all too much.
They stick to your teeth like nothing else if your teeth are dry during application!
My tricks for best application:
First, brush & floss your teeth so there’s no barrier getting in the way of the product & your tooth surface.
After cutting the strip to size (one side, I cut a little bit larger to accommodate the top teeth & the other is a little bit smaller for the bottoms), is to dry the lower lower teeth & gums (fronts & backs) with a wash cloth, tilt my head back to keep the spit off of them while I apply it.
Press the strip onto each dry tooth individually being SURE to press it into the crease between each tooth. It’s worth the little extra effort! You want to get your money’s worth & be impressed with the results, right?
Fold over any overhang at the top. If your teeth are dry, it WILL STICK, even if it’s the tiniest amount of overhang.
Next, I dry the top teeth & gums; fronts & backs! Apply the strip the same way as the bottoms being sure to get into each crease as you go from tooth to tooth individually.
Here’s a step I’m not sure if anyone else does…I use tiny nail scissors to cut the strip at each curve in the overhang, so that as I fold the strip under, each part can lie flat on the other, making it more comfortable & less bulky in my mouth. I can actually speak to my people & on the phone when I do this.
Use these strips as many times as needed for 2 hours each time until you get the whiteness you desire. They’re very gentle, don’t hurt your teeth, the enamel or your gums.

My ex boyfriends sister introduced me to these whitening strips when she worked at the dentist office they would sell these to their patients. These are my go to ! They are inexpensive and work really good . Also if your sensitive usually to whitening strips these do not create that issue for me . I always get compliments on how white my teeth are 🙂

I’ve been buying this product for 4 years, biannually. The last few orders the packaging has been “upgraded” to a very thick box with metallic foil all over (making it unrecyclable) and it’s filled with plastic blister packs for each individual strip. Over the top, wasteful. With all the competitors in this space, it’s time brands take a stance on the materials that go into single-use products. I won’t be buying this again, unless I somehow see an update to the packaging from the manufacturer. A shame, because the whitening is effective.

I bought this whitener in 2021. I used 2 strips at the time of purchase and noticed they were dry and did not whiten teeth at all. I tried again today and noticed the expiration date was March 2020. Unfortunately, it is way past the date to return, which is too bad as I have used these strips before with great success. Will be looking for another brand now.
