The conditioner is wonderful for my hair but took two stars off because manufacturer needs to figure out better option to seal 32oz jar to avoid it breaking during shipping. A lot of the conditioner had seeped out the top from where the pump had broken.

I could not be happier with this purchase, and am getting ready to Pin it on Pinterest and tell everyone I know with natural hair to try this product. I came across this on Amazon, while looking at hair products and decided to give it a try.
The packing is standard — which is just fine. No need to pay extra for sleek packaging when a simply jar works fine. The scent is VERY LIGHT, which is super important to me. And the consistency is light to the touch. It smooths on easily and combs through even easier. I understand that by using “mask” as a descriptor, it sets the expectation for the consumer that this isn’t a quick part of your hair care routine. But it doesn’t have that weighty, sticky, hard-to-rinse consistency of other hair masks.
The directions are easy and give you two options — you can sit under a dryer for 15 minutes, or leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour if you don’t have a dryer. Personally, I like flexible instructions. And, as my hooded dryer is out of commission, I decided to wait until I had time to sit (do household chores) with the mask for a full hour.
It rinses out very easily (who wants to waste water? not I.) and left my hair feeling soft and easy to comb out. What I’ve noticed in the days since using it is that without using any other product, my hair still has a nice shine to it. It’s truly well-moisturized.
Not a blogger, not a brand-influencer, not a beautician, not a YouTube personality — just a busy mom who needs to do at-home natural hair care. Yes, get it.

Very good quality. Smooth application, this product provides a lot of slip and is deeply moisturizing. Detangles my hair effortlessly- it reduced the amount of time that I spend detangling my hair. It also leaves my 3C curls super defined and soft. I found that it also reduced shedding, I will definitely purchase this again it’s worth the hype and every penny.

This hair mask is a game changer. I have type four hair, And my curls, love it!! I apply the mask after shampooing and set under a plastic cap. I sat under a hooded dryer on high for 20 minutes. The product does say 10 to 15. A little extra won’t do you harm! After rinsing it out, my hair felt incredibly soft and very easy to detangle. It’s very thick, and I love it’s thickness and smell! It left no residue on my hair. I am in love with this hair mask! I’ve used a sample once and fell in love with it then. This will be my new go to! ☺️

This is my first purchase of this product and it did not disappoint! Its rich and creamy texture feels good on the hand and hair. It coats the hair nicely and leaves it well hydrated. And it smells nice as well. The scent is pleasant, reminiscent of a light floral scent; not strong or offensive. I will definitely order this again.

This conditioner is a little pricey, but the best conditioner I’ve used in a long time! This is a great conditioner for type 4c hair. Especially if your hair is low porosity and protein sensitive. This conditioner has great slip, makes hair very easy to manage after washing…. comb slides through with ease when detangling. Left my hair soft even after an henna/indigo treatment. This conditioner smells great! Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat conditioner used to be my go to conditioner, now I’m glad to add this to the arsenal. I love this stuff so much I’ve ordered 2 more jars!

A little of this conditioner goes a far way. My hair feels moist for up to a week ( Have 4c hair ).
It has been exceptionally hot and dry , I will have to wait until the fall to completely decide on this product.
