I don’t usually write reviews this long, but I have to for this product. All I have to say is, this leave-in conditioner is so good for my natural hair. I don’t know what’s in it, but whatever it is, my curls absolutely love it.
I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now, and I’ve noticed my curls are more defined, softer, and easier to manage. It helps with frizz control and adds shine without applying oils to my hair – which I hate doing, HATE DOING. But no more of that for me. I’m like one week away from throwing away my aragon oils and sheens all together.
I definitely feel like my hair is the healthiest it’s been in years in just a few weeks.
But let’s talk about the shipping and packaging… I was disappointed that the pump arrived broken. It’s inconvenient to have to transfer the product to another container to use it. The bottle is cute, but I’ve read in other reviews that the pump snaps right in half. Despite this issue, I highly recommend it to anyone with curls, kinks, or waves looking to repair and restore their hair!

Been trying products for YEARS. Someone in my neighborhood buy-nothing group gave me a bunch of products/brands to try and this was one. It worked better than any of the other six products, so here I am on Amazon after purchasing a full size bottle. Very good formula and good smelling. I need something to weigh down my hair so I end up using a lot of this, but luckily this is a big pump bottle. This also gives a good hair-feel unlike other products.

I absolutely positively love this product!!! It’s lightweight so it doesn’t weigh my fine hair down. It smells great, not overpowering but a nice clean smell and it defines my curls and helps decrease frizz. This stuff is like magic in a bottle because my hair feels soo much better when I use this and I love that I don’t need to use 100 products to set and define my curls. This one product replaced 3 in my routine. Now instead of leave-in conditioner, plus curl defining cream, plus gel, plus oil, I just use this then difuse then put a little oil at my ends and I’m done! Seriously thank God for this stuff. I am so glad I bought this.

I am loving this product! As a retired hair stylist having used MANY various products. I’m also of Caucasian heritage, this is a best kept secret! I do have some natural wave & more so very dry hair from living in the SW desert. In one week my hair has already become less dry, frizzy & boosted my waves! Takes only a tiny amount every few days. I also purchased the same brand of shampoo. LOVE THEM! I really like that they are natural & not full of chemicals, as so many other products. Clean & fresh smell from both tgin products! Been growing my hair out for 8 years now & happy that I can get a comb through my long hair without ripping the roots out! GREAT STUFF!

I tried this leave-in before and it worked well at first, but I started to think that it was making my breakage worse. I finally gave myself a tight buzz cut because I was so sick of the 4-hour detangling sessions just for my hair to be completely tangled minutes later. My hair had never been so hard to manage. I now have a recently relaxed pixie cut, and I decided to try using this leave-in as part of my post-relaxer deep conditioning instead of a protein treatment since my hair doesn’t react well to them.
What I did for the deep conditioning was I mixed a few pumps of the Repairx leave-in with a few pumps od Tropic Isle Red Pimento leave-in and applied it to my hair. After that, I rubbed a little water in my hands and ran my hands over lightly over my hair. Finally, I mixed a little extra virgin olive oil and pure castor oil in my hands and applied to my hair and covered with a plastic processing cap. I left the cap on for a few hours while I was doing house chores and then let my hair dry. You can wash it out, but I ran out of time and left it in. My hair felt nice and smooth and smelled wonderful.

I was looking forward to getting this product and try it out for my dry and frizzy hair. Unfortunately it was damaged during delivery. The box was intact however but the pump head, or nozzle, was not tight enough to hold the content properly in transit. I hope this was a one off, I normally never have problems with any orders.
