I have used this exact product from The Ordinary for over 18 months. It is a thin, milky serum. This product arrived thick as a cream lotion. Unwisely I used the product for two days and I cannot believe how many new breakouts I am experiencing. This is either expired/mishandled product or someone is running a scam and refilling bottles with an unknown substance. Extremely disappointing.
