This curler is lightweight and perfectly sized making it super easy for me to create whatever sized curls I’m aiming for. It heats up super fast with the quick heat setting and I love not having to straighten my hair before curling it by combining a curling iron and brush.

It helps me easily get soft curls though it doesn’t give me the nice pronounced curls I sometimes am going for. This is possibly due to it only having two heat settings. I wish there was a little more control on the temperature ranges to account for different types of hair.

The additional storage bags makes it easy to store and transport the curled.

Overall though it’s a great curling brush that makes it quick and easy to get some nice soft curls.

I got this for the girls in the house and they love how it works. The brush is fitted with heaters in the main barrel that are operated by a simple switch on the handle. There are two settings, low (1) and high (2) which yield temperatures of 360F and 400F respectively. It does seem these settings are rather close to one another. In practice it is hard to see a difference using one over the other. It heats up quickly for use once turned on. There is an indicator light to let you know that it is powered up near the bristles and also near the switch.

The main barrel of the brush has 2 types for bristles. The first are more traditional brush bristles that have some flex and come out of the barrel in small bunches. These are all around the brush. Along the two sides are rigid comb like bristles for detangling. The combination works well depending on what you are trying to do.

The cord comes out of the base in a swivel connection, which is nice. This prevents the cord from getting all would up and tangled. It is about 6.5 feet long which gives you plenty of cord to reach the nearest outlet. A nice little detail is the small Velcro cord wrap to help keep the cord wound up for storage.

Overall this is a pretty good brush and works well to smooth, curl and add volume to hair. My only complaint is that the price feels a little high for what you get. That said it is in keeping with the competition so maybe I am undervaluing the brush and its performance.

I used it to flip my hair up. It’s a little bigger around that I would have liked.

  4. Snka

Easy to use and it gives your hair volume.I used it to blow out my hair but it is good to straight them too.

I have fine, straight hair. I don’t always like to use hot curling iron. This gives my hair a nice lift without all the damage.

    📦 What’s in the box?
    -Round brush
    -Two hair clips (salon style)
    -Heat resistant glove
    -Carrying bag
    -Instructions

    👍 Pros
-This brush is very easy to use. Just brush your hair out, section it, and roll it around the brush.
-There are two heat settings, which are fine for me, although some might like more options.
-The heat resistant glove is very handy as the end of the brush (that you need to touch to help curl your hair around the brush) gets hot (as expected). I also appreciated the large, salon style clips they included to help keep your hair sectioned and out of the way while you are working your magic.
The brush gives a nice, soft curl, which is what I prefer. It also smoothed out my hair, which alone makes this product worth it, as I have very frizzy hair. I would describe my hair as having more bounce! Yay!
-The carrying case is perfect for keeping everything organized.

    👎 Cons
-There are only two heat settings, which might not be enough for some users.

    👀 My Thoughts
I added two photos – one showing the up close curl. Please note that I did this relatively fast and you get a more substantial curl (although not tight) with more time. The other picture shows with and without using the brush, and how it smoothed down my frizzy hair. Again, this was done relatively quickly and you get better results if you take more time.

I really like this product. It’s easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do. I was going to say it’s a bit on the expensive side ($59.99), but after doing some research, I realized that it’s a pretty standard price—I guess I haven’t bought something like this in a long time!

  7. B. Goode

Heats up well and does the job.

    Easy to control.

    Heats up fairly quickly.

Lacks a few higher end features so it does not classify as a high end iron.

The guard seems fairly robust and the brush looks to be able to last for several years.

Overall pretty good for a starter iron.

  8. Cyndin

I really wanted to love this but the more I use it the more frustrated I get. It doesn’t hold onto my hair well and I get no blow out curls.

  9. Jay Kay

This is a decent drying/curling brush. The brush has heaters in the main barrel that are turned on using a switch on the handle. There is a high and low setting. The settings don’t seem to be very different. The indicator light turns on when it is ready to use. There are two types of bristles on the brush which helps when styling. The cord has a swivel connection which is great and is very long. The brush works as intended and quite well in fact. I would recommend this styling device!

i got think because my hair is so crazy and frizzy and it cut my straightening time in half

  11. Samantha

Saw the hype around this brush and had to try! It took a bit to get the hang of but after several tries, I liked the outcome!

  12. RockinRobyn

Heat up the curling brush faster with your hair dryer (insider tip)

Start at the root and add a touch of root spray for added volume. Work in smaller sections.

Gave me added volume, a touch of curl and a more youthful look. Be sure to use heat protectant too!

  13. Marty

I let my hair air dry then use the curling brush
    work well.
