When I use this two things stand out. It has a swivel cord and it still gets knotted up and the on off button is not twist so when your turning it you increase the heat or turn it off. Spend the extra money to get those two things. It’s so annoying!

I was hoping this brush would be good for use with synthetic wigs as an alternative to those larger blower brushes that have both plastic and “boars head” bristles. I thought these bristles might be smooth and maybe even a little flexible, but they’re a bit rough and grabby and feel like they’d cause more friction with synthetic fibers than I’d like. So it won’t work for what I’d intended, but if that’s not a concern for you, this works fine and is nice if you want something with a slightly smaller barrel.

This heated brush has 12 different heat settings and heats up quickly. It actually shows you the temperature setting, which is a nice touch. I like that I don’t need to use both a brush and a curler–this combines those 2 steps into 1, and it provides a nice curl.

Works well! It is basically just heats up as a brush, it is not a blow dryer. I have chin length hair and the smaller barrel worked great for my hair

This heated round brush from the Civeya Store is quite pretty. The handle is a good size. I recently tried another one and the handle was too big. It made it harder to use. This one is easy to hold. The temp screen is easy to read. I am not a typical blowout person, so it was a treat getting to figure out the best ways to blowout my hair. My hair is a bit on the long side, so that made rolling it a bit more challenging. I also felt like I had to hold this in place longer to get my hair heated all the through because of the length. That being the case, I made sure to apply a lot of heat protectant before drying. I am a bit obsessed with that. I did like that it has a lot of temp settings so that I could adjust up or down. Overall, I had a good experience with this round brush.
HSM –
Pretty good for thin hair, not so much for thicker hair. It heats up fast and does a good job of adding volume and shine without making hair look flat. My daughter who has thin straight hair prefers this over her flat and curling iron. The brush is very light weight and heats up pretty fast, just not the best for thick curly hair like mine. Overall a good product at a good price, build quality is average.
