I will start with saying this product did seem to protect me from getting a sunburn. I was only in UV of 5 at the highest so it may not have necessarily been because of the sunscreen. It was as you would expect for a mineral sunscreen in terms of having to rub it in more to not leave a white residue. However, I was so greasy that it got all over my leather seats and had to scrub it off; still hasn’t come off the seats all the way. Once I got wet, I had white stripes everyone on me and had to rub the sunscreen in again. I took two showers and still could not be all the sunscreen off; it was so unpleasant feeling like my skin couldn’t breathe and couldn’t get it off. It does the job but would recommend a different mineral sunscreen before this one.

Tiene una textura muy espesa pero que se esparce bien si la frotas contra la piel. Te deja un ligero rastro blanco pero luego de algunos minutos desaparece. Me he puesto menos de lo recomendable y aun asi me protege del sol (vivo en un lugar tropical). Tiene un ligero aroma cítrico pero a pesar de eso no he tenido reacción adversa (mi piel es muy sensible). Humecta la piel muy bien.

Thus sunblock is the best I’ve used. The consistency spreads easily, I’ve counted on Thinksport for a few years. I’ve never been sunburned from it diminishing, Recently I used it at a water park for 7 hours without reapplying without any loss of protection, The sunblock isn’t noticeable once applied. I’m a repeat buyer of this product.

Ich finde den Preis etwas übertrieben. Aber ansonsten absorbiert es perfekt. Es hinterlässt keinen weißen Film und ist nicht fettig. Am Strand habe ich es noch nicht ausprobiert, finde es aber im Alltag sehr gut.

When squeezing sometimes it splashes out because of air pocket. Watch out.
I notice some oil come out. Usually it happens because near expiry. Although mine was months away from eol. Not a deal breaker because not a lot of separation.

The YUKA app rated this Excellent 86/100, without nanoparticles. Yay! Nanoparticles can have carcerogenic & endocrine-disrupting effects. Also, the other 22 ingredients are risk free. The rating was 86 because the fragrance & zinc oxide was low risk.

As a cyclist and someone who spends a lot of time in the sun a superior sunscreen is an absolute must. Do your research and you’ll be hard pressed to find another sunscreen with a Zinc Oxide content higher than 23.4%. I apply this where I need it the most: on my face and forearms. After going through a two ounce tube I’m happy I found the six ounce tube on Amazon. An added bonus, it doesn’t leave you looking like a ghost after you’ve applied it. #winning

This works pretty well in terms of protecting from sun burn. I don’t mind the slight bright hue it lends your face. Means you certainly might need less makeup.

This is probably the best combination of a product safe for family use and a bonus, a reef safe product. We need to protect the reefs and someday, I hope that most products adjust to this type of chemistry. It is a little thick to put on but I love it. The best part about this mineral sunblock it doesn’t really leave white stains everywhere; just need to rub off the initial application and spread evenly on your skin. This is a must if you are going into the ocean – save our reefs!
