I love this shampoo for weekly repairs I use this after a long day of riding bikes in the woods or when I’m in the sun alot. But my favorite shampoo is still the green level 1 it works with my hair the best I’m a white male with brown hair so I can’t speak for African American asian, or Mexican races but for the white male or women it’s a great shampoos for repairing the moisture after doing alot of drying out with outdoors stuff.
