I have been using Degree for over a decade and this was the second natural deodorant I used. The first one was gritty and hurt to put it on. These do not and they smell great! I was really concerned the first time I used it, because after a couple of hours it felt like my armpits were starting to dry up a little bit, but I still didn’t stink when I got home and I realized it’s just how this one is. After a year of using I won’t use anything else.

Ive found that although these are super expensive, they last sooo long it probably evens out. I love the smell, and they work for me, i never stank much anyway, my diets quite good but these do the job.. I train most days so they get tested.

My husband is very picky when it comes to deodorants, and this seems to be the best one he had found. It smells lemon-ish and the sweat doesn’t smell bad when he uses this.
We didn’t notice it was a 3-pack when we ordered it, so we were very surprised to get three for several dollars. Great buy and came back to buy more of the same one.

I usually buy these from my local store but they tend to only have one now and it is the mountain smelling one. I prefer the North Woods to the Mountain although both are pleasant smells the store I get them sell them around $5-$6 depending on sales so it was cheaper to just buy them here and get the free shipping. The only problem I have with this deodorant is it doesn’t feel like it lasts terribly long but then again I got a pack of three this time instead of just 1. Made things a lot easier and was a bit cheaper.

I originally picked up one of these Tom’s of Maine Natural Long Lasting Deodorant Sticks in Deep Forest scent for my husband to try when I happened upon it at TJ Maxx. He really liked it and asked me to pick up another if I came across one. I quickly picked up my phone and found it here at Amazon, which is much easier and almost as fast with Amazon Prime! We were so happy to find it here and at a great price in this three-pack (although it WAS taped together and took most of the front label of one off). The product itself is great.
We like that Tom’s of Maine is a natural and aluminum-free deodorant that actually works all day. This Long Lasting Men’s Deodorant has worked well for my husband and has kept him feeling and smelling fresh and nice throughout the day. It is important to him not to use the antiperspirant in order to avoid harmful ingredients. We like that there are no preservatives and no artificial fragrances and that this is a cruelty-free product. Of course, what he likes best of all is that this works great for him. This should last a while, but I’m sure we will eventually be back for more!

While I liked the scent, I was disappointed with its performance. Despite its claim of providing 24-hour protection, it did not last that long for me. If I applied it in the morning, I would notice the protection wearing off by lunchtime.
Although I appreciate that this deodorant is aluminum-free, there are now many other options on the market that are also free of aluminum, so it’s not as big of a selling point as it once was.
Overall, while the scent of the deodorant was enjoyable, I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who needs long-lasting protection. If you’re looking for an aluminum-free option, there are many other alternatives available that may work better for you.

Llevo años usando este desodorante, desde que vivía en el extranjero, antes solo lo encontraba en Whole Foods, pero actualmente lo encuentras en muchas tiendas. Este desodorante no tiene aluminio y por lo tanto tu cuerpo puede transpirar, o si haces ejercicio sudar, para así extraer las toxinas de tu cuerpo (muy importante) para evitar ciertos riesgos de cáncer. En México solo hay antitranspirantes, qué Toms tambien tiene sin químicos que dañan, pero contiene Aluminio. Por eso prefiero el desodorante.

Antiperspirants destroyed my shirts by causing them to have crispy armpits. Add on to that I would have to switch up brands ever stick because my body would adjust and overpower them.
So I move on to deodorants and my journey of many moons landed me in the mountains of Maine.
Ok, I’ve never ACTUALLY been to Maine but I’d imagine there are mounts. Or a large hill at least…
I’ve tried several brands, smells, and so on of deodorants and found either they smelled good when applied and it stopped there. They did nothing (usually). They smelled like doggy doodoo after sweating. I broke out in a rash. I smelled like a 15 year old teen trying to impress the young ladies with my cool and hip smell (I’m 2x that plus some). Or they too ruined my shirts.
Lo and behold I ran out of the deo for my BO and borrowed my wife’s Tom’s deodorant. Well granted I smelled like lavender, and working in a heavily Male dominated field like law enforcement, that got some jawjackers going. But I found that it worked.
Well here I am buying a bit more masculine flavor…scent….whatever you want to call it. And I find I smell good all day and even after sweating like a yeti in the Serengeti I still smell like an adult who showers daily should. And that isn’t like BO the Clown.
It has taken me nearly 2 decades to find the good fits for my pits, but I have found it in Tom’s.
I thank you Tom, but more importantly everyone else around me thanks you more.

I write this because of the great product this deodorant is. First off it works great at doing it’s job that deodorant is supposed to do. in addition, What initially brought me to try this is that I’ve made up my mind to go as cruelty free in the products I use as I can. Tom’s of Maine is a company that does NOT use animals for product testing as the other brand’s companies do!! If you’ve ever seen what this “testing” does to animals you’d agree with me about going cruelty free. As I said, it works great, the only thing about it is that is is very light scented so if you expect heavy aroma (which is probably where the product testing is needed for- and which causes the most pain to the animals) So to me if a product works great AND is coming from a cruelty free company you can bet your bottom dollar that they will get my business!!

I’m a man who sweats easily and has moderate to heavy BO. I’ve struggled to find a workable, aluminum-free deodorant for some time now. I’ve tried this, standard Tom’s of Maine odorless, Trader Joe’s cotton, and Adidas cottontech.
Of the ones I’ve tried, the Adidas cottontech is the most effective…but they’ve stopped manufacturing it, it’s super expensive, and it only comes in women’s scents. So I’ve given up on that one. This one comes in a solid second. It lasts longer and smells better than standard Tom’s of Maine. The TJ’s is worthless for me.
I don’t get 24-hour protection from this, but it lasts through most if not all my work day.
Obviously, compared to standard antiperspirant, it’s not very good. Deodorants without aluminum are far less effective than deodorants with aluminum. But when the aluminum is the thing you’re trying to avoid, this one does pretty well.
