From doing a lot of comparison of dozens of toners/essences, I finally found this one without Witch Hazel !
Witch Hazel is wonderful and has many good qualities, but it’s an astringent. As an older woman with normal/dry skin, WH is the last thing I need .
The inclusion of ceramides along with other. quality ingredients is what *sold* me on this product…along with the price-per-ounce.
I do not waste it by using any cotton balls, instead I pour a bit in the palm of my hands and press/pat it into my face.
I am new to using this type of *toner* and excited to wait and see how my skin has responded in a month or so.. (I don’t believe in expecting any product to produce instant results)
There is a very light, pleasant temporary scent, nothing strong or permanent.
I always lightly shake the bottle, although it’s not required..it’s a personal *quirk* I have!

I been using it every night senseb I purchased it and I start to notice a differences on my skin, feel more clear and smooth. The product is not greasy. Vale for the money is a large bottle. You can tell how it clean your ski, leaving it more smooth. This toner is great!!

I absolutely adore this toner. I’m middle-age and I have suffered with rosacea my entire life. I use this toner twice a day, once in the morning under my makeup and once in the evening before my retinol treatments. Recently I put it into a roller ball bottle for quick and easy application and I absolutely adore it. It is so soothing and my skin has never looked better.

I’m so happy I finally bought this! I bought it on sale and it came out to a little over 15 bucks and you get 16.9 oz! I have dry skin and sometimes can be sensitive and reactionary. I’m always looking to add hydration back to my skin but without having to use or buy or even spend money on another hydrating serum, rather spend it on my retinol or other actives. This adds soo much hydration back to my skin after washing my face without feeling sticky or tacky. I’ve noticed a difference in just a few days, with my face looking more dewy and supple, lol- I guess is the right word?! It has great hydrating ingredients and other good ingredients for sensitive skin. I have so many toners and my hydrating ones weren’t really doing it for me and kept having to search for one and I finally found it. Besides my exfoliating one by some by mi (the green one) I really don’t see me using my other one now. My cerave one isn’t bad but can feel a little tacky and greasy, the cosrx propolis one I was surprised that I didn’t like it since I loveee their ampoule- wasn’t that hydrating for me, maybe better for summer months and then I have the hyaluronic black rice toner from haruharu – for the price you only get 5ozs it’s not that good for me to justify buying it- which again I was shocked because people raved about it for dry skin! I will say it’s not bad at all! but for the price and ounces you’re getting, it’s not worth it. I didn’t think it was that hydrating. This is why I’m saying this is soo worth it, even at full price I would get the 10oz one if it’s not on sale bc it has a pump! This one doesn’t but I’ll probably buy a bottle on here to put it in, especially for travel or overnights. I’m thinking of also even adding it to a mist spray bottle I have and use it like I use my cosrx ceramide mist – which I love.. ceramides just do it for me and my skin!!! But it it’s worth it and you will not need any other toner except for an exfoliating one. I was wanting to try the some by mi beta panthenol one- I still might if it goes on sale but I noticed milky toners are probably the best for my skin type! I only ever write reviews if I love it and I would spend my own money on the product! Usually I wait to see the effect it has on my skin after using it for few weeks but I didn’t need to with this. I noticed the effects within days! Hope this helps✨️✨️✨️

If you can ever get a good deal on this toner, snatch it up. It’s my all time favorite daily toner. Not drying, smells so good, and leaves my skin soft and moisturized. Extremely refreshing, non sticky, and wears well under other product including makeup. Tonymoly is one of the best afforfable skincare lines on the market. Wins all around.

I love a good hydrating toner, and this one did not disappoint. It is milky and fairly thick,
And it layers nicely over my Round Lab Dodku toner. It makes my skin feel supple and nourished. This also works great under makeup: no pilling or clumping. It can provide a nice base hydration before serums/moisturizer/spf.
The scent is also quite light. I am someone sensitive to fragrances skincare, and this causes me no issues- I actually like it a lot.
The amount you get for the price is also a big plus! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there are other milky timers I like a little more than this one (especially Tirtir Milk Skin and I’m From Rice Toner). But this is a great value and good, solid product. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I bought this when I was at my wits end with my skin and I am SOOOOO glad I did. This product legit transformed my skin. I have super dehydrated and acne-prone skin with closed comedones, I have smooth, supple skin now with literally no dryness or acne. AND it smells so good.
