    I’ve been looking for a while for a shampoo that doesn’t irritate my scalp, and finally I found the solution because I have a sensitive and dry scalp and this shampoo didn’t irritate it at all, it’s very gentle.
    I also like its consistency, it lathers and blend really well, even when I mix it with rosemary oil.

    I purchased the pack so I received the conditioner as well and I can tell the difference with drugstore conditioners, it leaves my hair super soft and detangled, and when my hair is dry is still soft, shiny and manageable.
    I really love both, so I’ll keep purchasing it. Please never change the ingredients, they’re perfect!

    Hello, I used this a couple of times and it made my hair feel softer. I gave it 3 to 4 stars because, I am blind and I could not tell which was which unless I pulled out my scanning app and it still could not tell me. So I had to ask for sighted assistance, and I hate asking for sighted help. So they have packets in the box think they were samples but, my scanning app could not read them off the packaging. So if you want softer hair, it is good. But, the price seems high and no refills with these bottles. I myself am going to stick with L’Occitane they have braille on their products and also have refills on most of their products; at least all the products I use. Also just a tip, if you have caps for the bottles, you get more out of the bottles instead of the ones with the pumps. These tend to brake and you can lose liquid that is in the pump. It can make people think they are getting more and that is not always the case. Just look when you are shopping at the levels inside of the bottle. I know that is hard to do when shopping online for sure. L’Occitane has the refills and I can fill up my bottles that are also labeled in braille. My shanpoo bottle last like six months before I have to refil. So if you get a pump before you pump it, pull the pump out and just put a regular cap on the bottle. You can use the extra liquid on the pump when you go to use the product for the first time.

    Really pleased with how my normally frizzy hair feels after using. Be aware your diet also has a role, so have to add both work together when staying away from processed high sugar foods.

    Hair is very soft after usage of this. Shampoo is maybe a bit runny, but does the job anyways and I love the result. Hair is shiny

    First, the scent is awesome, exactly what I was hoping for, strong and refreshing mint. My hair looks gorgeous and is very full and soft after washing with this set. Oddly, even though my hair feels soft from this, I do find that I have HUGE tangling issues with this shampoo and conditioner, which I do not normally experience (in fact this is a first for me); my hair becomes almost impossible to brush without it coming out (yes brushing from ends first). Thanks to my hair type and current length/style I don’t have to brush it that often (which is why this set still got 4 stars), but this could be a huge issue for someone with thicker/longer hair, if they experience it. It could just be that the conditioner leaves no residue and therefore has no “leave in” conditioning quality. What I also found interesting is that this conditioner actually causes a severe burning sensation *only* in the one area of my scalp where my hair is the thinnest (where there is some hair loss). I do have sensitive skin, but this does not burn anywhere else on my scalp, and does not cause redness or itching, or any other reaction. So I decided to keep using the set, and the strange sensation remains, in that one area, though it is now less severe. Very curious. I don’t think I will be repurchasing due to the strange cons, but the pros are enough for me to leave the product a good rating, and for me to at least use the set up.

    All natural product, with a wonderful story about where the product comes from

    I am a young adult female caucasian with mid-length thin, wavy brown hair. Prices are in Canadian dollars as of May 2023.

    Cons:

    – Prohibitively expensive at $9/100ml vs $1/100ml for drugstore brands;
    – Combo package only comes in scented versions, no unscented shampoo & conditioner combo;
    – Conditioner is very viscous, hard to pump (the pump is always clogged when I get it), hard to lather, very hard to get the last 1/5 out of the bottle;
    – Only one small size bottle available, this is very environmentally and economically unfriendly, and also requires ordering and changing out the bottles all the time;
    – The scented options smell quite strong (personal opinion);
    – If I limit myself to using the shampoo & conditioner and let my hair air-dry, my hair is very frizzy the day that I wash it.

    Pros:
    – My scalp is healthier and happier; I no longer have itchy/painful keratin buildup;
    – It’s much healthier and more natural than drugstore brands without harsh chemicals;
    – Keeps my dandruff in check most of the time except for the worst months of winter;
    – My hair looks and feels very nice, clean, and healthy.

    All in all, I give this product 5 stars as I am happy that it exists and it is what I was looking for; however the fact that it is prohibitively expensive may end up making me switch back to something more affordable in the long run. I also truly wish that there were larger size bottles available so that it was not necessary to re-order it all the time (along with being very wasteful).

    *1 Month Update*
    This product still gets my 5+ star review. I continue to be impressed with the quality of the product and the company. Now after a little more than 1 month of continued use, within the last 10 days I’ve been waking up and realizing I can skip a day of washing my hair. This is a fantastic feeling. Where my hair would have felt so dry and straw-like in the past, my hair and scalp feel balanced and “content” now. I don’t know what to say except this is a huge deal for me. I use to have very oily scalp hair by the next morning with very dry ends… that is a thing of the past.

    As a side note, I also suffer from pcos with an excess of testosterone contributing to an excess of sebaceous oil gland production, which I have remedied with spearmint tea and some other supplementation. While I know that has assisted with my body’s oil secretions, I equally know that this shampoo and conditioner have contributed to the enhanced moisture quality of my hair as I use nothing else aside from 3 drops (yes, drops) of argan oil and chamomile only on my ends.

    My ONLY suggestion would be for the company to consider a “buy back” program on their bottles to be refilled (perhaps if subscribe and save were an option, we could send them back in return packaging). I would not mind sending my bottles back in to be “refilled” at a discounted price and also to minimize environmental waste… just a suggestion! But Again, thank you so very much to a company that is using quality ingredients! And again, please do not ever change a thing.

    *Original Review*
    Thanks to some recent hormonal imbalances, my hair was like dry crackly straw, it was a static-y nightmare every day and getting worse. Breaking everyday, tons of hair in the shower, on my clothes, on the floor… you get the idea. I had been using jason tea tree and a shampoo bar by ethique… both of which seemed to make matters significantly worse over the last year. I scoured Amazon for “natural” shampoos with argan oil and this caught my eye due to the pH claims. I also had experience making shampoo in the past with soap nuts and know how amazing those are, so I was extremely excited to try this in the hopes it would help repair my dry thinning hair.

    Keep in mind this is a natural shampoo, it’s not going to lather heavily like chemical laden commercialized shampoos. I have very fine/thin hair and use 2 pumps of the shampoo and massage into just my scalp area. Let that sit for about 2 minutes, rise with cool water, then apply 2 full pumps of the conditioner from the ends of my hair and work that up to the nape of my neck. Let that sit for as long as possible and again rinse with cool water.

    By the scent of the Lavender, I can tell that the company is using genuine oil and not some imitation lavender perfumery. My hair has been so much softer, looks incredibly healthy and my static has been minimized. I use a sandalwood comb to help with static and apply argan oil infused with certain oils to assist with the little bit of static I still have and just let my hair air dry and it’s absolutely perfect.

    Please Tree to Tub, DO NOT CHANGE THIS FORMULA EVER💕 (no matter how popular your company becomes, please do sacrifice quality ingredients!)

    I have a sensitive scalp and this works wonders and smells great. Fairly small though would be great if they had bigger options

    I’ve been using this shampoo for years and it cleanses my scalp very well. I have slight scalp issues and the tea tree oil is very effective in soothing my scalp. I won’t use anything else. It also is very moisturizing and I don’t get any frizz or dryness. It’s all natural and the lemon scent is refreshing. Would recommend to people with any scalp issues
