The cystic acne spot therapy is something I’ve been using for a while and I’m surprised at how quickly it works. I saw a notable reduction in the inflammation and size of my pimples. I like that the combination of bentonite clay, tea tree oil, and sulfur are manufactured with natural components and are so powerful against headstrong acne. This cream doesn’t leave behind any greasy residue and has a lovely scent as well.
It’s gentle on my skin, which is what I appreciate the most about it. I’ve tried many acne treatments in the past that were too harsh and left my skin feeling dry and irritated. However, this product has a soothing effect and doesn’t cause any irritation or redness. Another great thing about this product is that it’s affordable and lasts a long time. I don’t have to worry about running out of it quickly or going over my budget to keep my skin clear.
All in all, it has become a crucial part of my skincare regimen.

This is a good product overall, but keep the lid on because it will dry out quickly. In a pinch, add a dab of water to lubricate the paste if it does dry out. It is not moisturizing, but that’s not its purpose anyway, so that rating is not applicable for this product.

It doesn’t matter how clean, how toned, how moisturized, what topical, what Clarisonic, or vitamins etc I take or what I do, I get cystic acne, every month. No matter what.
This stuff, though, is a life saver. Works great. Very potent so be careful on sensitive skin, use a thin layer on sensitive to avoid unintentional burning of the skin.
Like I said, I suffer from chronic cystic acne and this product is the first I have tried in decades that either stops a cystic pimple from fully rising, and/or greatly reduces the timeline of one, or stops on in its tracks. It often heals one in days or less where they used to take weeks to fully heal. I have used straight tea tree oil before and this product works better than anything I’ve tried. It’s truly life changing, am so grateful.
Be careful: I put a band aid on a spot treatment thinking to intensify/concentrate the product and ended up burning my skin. I now just apply as a spot treatment per directions, let it dry, and immediately reapppy. No burns now. Be careful.
The *only* super minor downside is aesthetics in terms of this being a clay-based product, so it isn’t something you can apply under makeup or wear out. It’s for sitting around the house or for wearing to bed. So just plan accordingly.
It is pricey, but a tiny dab with a qtip will do you, so it will last. You have to remember this is a spot treatment. Apply daily, or twice a day if you can. Yes, it’s supposed to tingle.
Someone complained that it dried out. Mine is not doing that, but I also ensure I tightly close the lid, so I’m thinking any issues with the product drying out is human error.
The recommended partner to this product is the daily moisturizer and I also love that product. It’s soooo soft and works.
This is not an eye product, it will sting. Avoid the eyes. Apply eye cream first before working with tea tree oil products.
If you suffer from cyclic acne, please give this a try. Used in combination with a face cleaning routine, this does work. Again, used with a face cleaning routine. You can’t NOT wash your face or go to sleep with your makeup on and then not expect to break out if you suffer from acne already. This stuff doesn’t fix poor hygiene. You have to have some responsibility for addressing the basics, while this stuff will address what you can’t.

Very tiny tub. But cleared up my period acne in no time. Usually I’d have so many pimples about now but the ones I’ve had are all so tiny and not painful at all. Smells great too!

UPDATE: As much as I loved this product I was dismayed that it dried out to a hard little stone within the container. At first I thought someone in the house was pilfering my supply but it wasn’t the case. Upon one fateful morning when I went to go use the salve I opened the little jar to find out that it had dried out.
It’s a good product but I hate the fact that it dried out in the container even with the lid sealed shut.
There was no mention about the product drying out.

If you’ve tried other products then you know what it’s like when that product doesn’t work. You feel hopeless like there is nothing out there that will help with your problem. That’s how I felt until I tried this salve.
I had a few problem spots that refused to go away. Yes, I’ve tried EVERYTHING but nothing worked. Sure the swelling would go down but it didn’t get rid of the problem spots. Even prescribed medication didn’t fix the issue.
So, when I came across this salve I was a bit skeptical but I was willing to give it a try. It does take a few applications with the most stubborn spots but eventually they became smaller, less sore and some even went away completely.
Persistence and keeping things clean & dry is the key.

Recieved my package this morning, first time I put on and instantly I felt coolness and after couple of hours my acne is very relaxed and I don’t feel pain. I feel like it’s taken away inflammation around my acne area. Highly recommend it! 👍

Apply boroplus that will give better results than this product, if not, you will not regret because you have spent less than 200 rupees. Completely waste of money, don’t even think to try it once as I did.
