Excellent product for bed sores. It was supposed to be a two-day delivery and I was notify the package was in my city but delivery will be delayed by 6 days. I contacted the seller telling them it was a product for a medical condition and I needed a replacement overnight. The seller email me back telling me they were tracking the package and will call UPS to make sure the package will be delivered the next day and I received it on time. Excellent customer service.
