Pro: the fine teeth make it easy to lift out flakes from my scalp due to rosacea. It can be embarrassing so this will help with that.
Cons: The metal teeth do bend easy but only when raking the scalp
Overall: I love this, this is actually my Second (3rd) one. I got one last year for this reason and my wife loved it but her hair is a lot tougher than mine and it was bending the teeth, so I bought her the purple one and myself the blue one. The first one the teeth bent easy but I kept using it the new one doesn’t have the same problem but at least I know that the metal teeth will bend before puncturing the skin. I’ll use this when my hair is dry or in the show with Shampoo to help lift the remaining flakes and that was when I saw the most bent teeth, when in the shower scraping the scalp.

I purchased this comb for my youngest child who has an extremely dry scalp. No matter what products I use, the hair is super clean but the scalp is just so dry it flakes and as a result looks like dandruff. I decided to try this comb which is tailored to lice but it works wonderful to scrape off, painlessly, the flakes on the scalp. Leaving behind a very clean scalp. This comb paired with a new product has helped tremendously keeping the scalp clean, unfortunately it only lasts about two weeks before I’m back to scraping but it’s better than doing it everyday. Great product.

Could’ve hurt myself. It works well, just not made well. One of the metal pieces came loose after just trying to comb my hair with it.

Purchased this comb to perform tick checks on my kids after their activities. Overall, the comb was very effective and handy. The handle is super strong and the “teeth” are all uniform and effective at checking for any potential bugs. Would highly recommend it!

This Comb helps to scrape the scalp of some dandruff from the dry patch I have that just never seems to want to go away.
I use it before the shower to try to clear some of it before using tea tree oil shampoo.
This is easily tangled in her but it will definitely help to get the scalp cleared
