El producto llegó algo derramado, pero no le di demasiada importancia, yo no conocía el producto por lo que tenía altas expectativas, la vdd desde el inicio no me gustó la sensación en el cabello, en lugar de sentirse hidratante lo sentía como de limpieza profunda muy agresivo pero bueno pensé simplemente no fue de mi gusto y punto así lo dejé. Meses después fui a visitar a mi estilistas de confianza y vi que tenía el mismo shampo y varias cosas de la marca, me dio curiosidad olerlo y me di cuenta que a mí no me habían enviado el mismo producto, era súper diferente el olor color y textura, le pregunté al estilista si Truss manejaba varios olores y me dijo que no, que todos olían muy parecido además me alarmó que a todo mundo le servía el shampoo y les hidrataba muy bien y a mí no me servía de nada. Lo triste es que me di cuenta a los meses y yo seguí usando el producto porque ps no fue económico. Así que tengan cuidado a mi no me llegó el original me siento estafada.
