it is the best give it a try i was a bit skeptical at first but after the first week i saw some good result

Used it on 4/4/24….Dislikes my face feels like it’s burning and a little itchy. I have a combination of dry and oily skin and my face is very sensitive… what I like about it is that you can smell the turmeric in it and it leaves my skin smooth. Because it’s day 1 of me using it I guess my skin is trying to get used to it. If it causes rash and/or bumps I will discontinue.

It does smell like turmeric but once you lather it on yourself and washed it off it doesn’t leave turmeric smell which is pretty good.

I rarely write reviews but after what I experienced with this soap, I wanted to send out a warning. I decided to give this soap a try after reading all the positive reviews. I also liked the ingredients listed as I am very particular about that. I have some minor hyperpigmentation around my cheek and chin that I have been trying to get rid of for years.
As I always do, I read the negative reviews as well to get a sense of what went wrong for other people while using the product. I read how some people experienced skin darkening and found that to be odd since turmeric is supposed to do the opposite. However, I proceeded with trying it anyway. At first, things were going really well. Although I did not see a brightening effect, my face was glowing and soft.
About two and a half weeks later after regular twice a day (morning and night) daily use, I started developing strange black marks around the corners of my mouth. Given that I used another product at the time that in my experience has had a slight burning sensation sporadically, I attributed it to that and perceived them to be burns from that product. Although, I found it strange because I never experienced said effects to that intensity before.
I continued with my twice a day daily use of the soap. As of yesterday (4/29), about a week and a half after seeing the first marks, I started developing another patch on my chin. I then realized that it was the soap causing this peculiar reaction since it is the only new product that I have recently implemented in my skincare regimen. I stopped using the soap immediately and I am now trying to repair the damage it has done. Thankfully, Amazon allowed me to return what I had left despite the return window for my purchase closing. The customer service representative that I corresponded with was very compassionate and understanding of my situation.
Given all the positive reviews, it is clear that this product seemingly works for most people, so I am wary and find it unfair to imply that the manufacturer is misleading about this item. It appears that it just does not compliment certain people’s skin for whatever reason. All that to say, buy at your own risk as it is impossible to know until you try it, which subset you fall under.

I love this soap. Has all natural ingredients. I have execma and this soap hasn’t bothered it at all. I haven’t had a break out on my skin since I started using the soap. Plus my skin is much softer.
It has a bit of a weird smell but it doesn’t linger on your skin after you wash it off at all. I am so glad that there is no perfumes in the soap. They irritate my execma.
I have also noticed that the sunspots I had on my arms , hands and legs have gotten lighter in color. Working in the sun for 31 years left its mark on me in sun spots. This was such a perk !

(I am a dark skin black American). I’ve been using this product for two weeks for dark marks after clearing past eczema flare ups. I’ve been dealing with eczema for over a year as an adult. On my neck and arm folds. My dermatologist prescribed me hydroquinone, after three months of no improvement we tried something stronger issued by a specialty pharmacy (insurance didn’t cover this). I used two bottles, and that didn’t work. I have used turmeric in the past, but not to clear up eczema. I went back to my roots. I brought this soap and I’ve been piggy backing it with cocokind turmeric stick. I also have a UV light mask for my face. All these things combined have helped change my dark marks on my face, and folds of my arms. It’s hard to leave the soap on for a long time in the shower, but I try. I put it on the areas where I need, and use my other soap on the rest of my body. I want to clear things up by summer. The sun will only make the dark marks darker. I also need to find another sunscreen. Currently I used Murads sunscreen lotion. All in all give it time. I’m expecting 6 months to a year for even skin tone: GET COCOCKIND turmeric stick.
