I can’t even lie, I was shocked at how well this little machine worked. I have had such a trouble getting the build up off of my retainer and custom night guard (sorry TMI). I took a chance of this machine. Used the the 10 minute mode one time and when I tell you I gasped when I opened the lid. The build up was 95% gone! And no I didn’t use a detergent but I’m sure that would work even better. Have nothing bad to say about this product.

Bought it at the beginning of the month & used it for less than 2 weeks before I took off for vacation that would last approx 2 weeks. When I got back, immediately I noticed the machine got HOT to the point where even the cold water I had dispensed inside was boiling. In addition, the plug was hot to the touch. I use it every night for my Invisalign and sometimes it gets hot and sometimes just warm but this did not happen anytime prior to leaving for vacation. I am not sure if not using it for two weeks caused some sort of issue but that is terrible if it is the case. I have contacted support since they state it comes with a warranty… If I don’t hear back ASAP I will return. If they are able to help, I will adjust my review. Will keep y’all posted. In the meantime, I recommend other cheaper alternatives since they all work the same, I just liked the visual aesthetic of this one.

I love this ultrasonic cleaner. The design is nice and simple, so I don’t mind keeping it out on the bathroom counter. It is very easy to use. I was just soaking my trays in a glass with the cleaner, and never felt like they were getting as clean as they should be. But with the ultrasonic cleaner, my trays always feel fresh and clean. I use it twice a day, in the morning once I get up, and then before I go to bed. Keeping your mouth extra clean with Invisalign is so important and this helps!

First of all, this ultrasonic cleaner functions great. I use an ultrasonic cleaner every day for my retainer.
Second, it looks great. Ultrasonic cleaners used to look like industrial devices that belonged at a dentists’, and now most of them look cheap or futuristic. This one actually looks adult and blends in nicely with your bathroom. And unlike most of the other white ultrasonic cleaners that have an ugly black cord, the cord is white too to blend in nicely.
My only problem is, WHY is there an ALWAYS-ON LIGHT? It’s fine if it shows a light while it’s working, but I leave this plugged in, in my bathroom, 24 hours a day, because why would I unplug it? And so not only is having a glowing light WASTING ENERGY and annoyingly distracting, but at night it’s BRIGHTER THAN MY NIGHTLIGHT!
Why do manufacturers think electronic devices need to have always-on lights?!?! And I compared with similar ultrasonic cleaners on Amazon and EVERY SINGLE ONE has an always-on light. What is wrong with these companies?!
So this is a great device in every way EXCEPT FOR THE ALWAYS-ON LIGHT.
I hope the manufacturer makes a second version that is identical in every way, except the light only turns on when running, and is off the rest of the time. Dumb always-on lights. Grrr.

I bought this in March and now it’s September and it no longer works. The plug will plug in and heat up, not a good sign, and the button and light to turn it in no longer work. I’m so frustrated. I have tried to reach out to see if they can replace it but Amazon has made it hard to request this or message them.

I needed an ultrasonic device that would clean my adult Invisalign retainers. I tried another product before this one, and I’m really happy. I came across this product. Reasons?…
PROS:
Perfect size to fit my retainers, but not so huge that it takes up a lot of space on the countertop or is difficult to handle. I would say for a woman I have average size hands, and the others I tried, they were difficult to grasp for filling & emptying them either because of their size or shape—especially when they’re full of water and if they have a hinged top.
No hinged top. The other tops that were hinged were rather flimsy, and to empty the device and clean was awkward with those tops, which I am sure after a period time would break.
Easy ON-OFF (actually STANDBY) button. No confusion as to whether the device is or on and no fumbling with barely visible or non-tactile buttons.
Noise: practically none; just a pleasant low-volume hum.
Nice clean design.
Excellent value.
This product definitely leaves my retainers cleaner than they’ve ever been.
CONS:
There are only two power modes: ON and STANDBY. The machine does not turn off; you have to unplug it or leave it plugged in 24/7. It would be nice if after the cleaning cycle it would turn itself off or you could press the button again to turn it off. In this case, you have to continually plug and unplug each time you use it if you don’t want to leave it in the STANDBY mode with the light glowing until the next time you use it.
There is no water level indicator in the tub, but that’s a minor issue as you can pretty much eyeball it.
All in all I think this is an excellent product and I’m so happy with it I’m going to order two more for my grandsons.

I really like this product a lot. It was working great until it stopped For no reason less than three months after I got it. And I’m past the refund time. Hoping that the company will give me a replacement bc I don’t want to have to spend $40 again.
