I sent a report to seller because 1 of my bottles was broken. I didn’t ask for anything. They refunded me in full right away. Plus I love this stuff. I have had a sore spot for years. Tried everything, including the dentist. Nothing worked. Then 1 time of using these drops the pain was gone. My teeth are healthy, feel clean, feel stronger, ect.. I want to buy more but the singles are not available at the moment. Yes these products are expensive, I wish they were not, but they are worth it. I will only use these products from now on. Very strong so if you even have it near your eyes it will burn. The older kids freak out about it because they say it burns their mouth so I dilute with water for them. My younger one I really dilute with water. Seems to be helping because my youngest had a bad cavity that was infected and this made the pain go away. She also ate some garlic but I really think this helped too. To me, it smells great and freshens breath as it says. As far as all the things it claims to do I have no clue but for the way it makes my mouth feel fresh, I’ll continue to use. Not sure yet if I would repurchase.
