Product worked great, until a few months in the light would flicker and it got progressively worse until one night it stopped working unless the cord was held a very specific way. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

The led combo on this mask is great but Ive ordered two and the portable battery pack doesn’t work on either. The very first time I used the battery, I didn’t have any problems but it stopped working after that, even after recharging. I ordered a replacement and the exact same thing happened! I emailed the company but didn’t get a response.
Update: the seller refunded me the item and made it right

I wanted to start using an LED mask but could not afford the ones on the market. I found this one that not only has red light but also infrared which is what you need for it to be able to do it’s job! It came beautifully packaged, with a cable, remote and eye protectors that you insert on the mask. It got snug and comfortable and I used it for 20 minutes and absolutely loved it. So happy I found this affordable mask!

The red light part is fine but it came with these flimsy cloth attachments to put on your head. Luckily I had a set of velcro attachments from a set that I had that had just broke. Its cheaper than the $300 set and now I know why.

I really liked this red light mask but it stopped working 6 months after I bought it. Pretty disappointed since I enjoyed using it. Won’t even turn on now. It did feel comfortable and liked the different settings.

I started using this Red Infrared light on July 30th to improve anti wrinkles. My skin was clear nice and no break outs. Within a week of using this product, I wanted to return this mask because I started breaking out. I decided to stick with using the mask to see if I this was just temporary. It was NOT temporary, and my skin has gotten worse after using continuously. I want to cry knowing it made a mess out of my face and now I’m going to the dermatologist to see options. I have been breaking out all around chin and jaw area and even my ear lobes broke out! I followed all the steps and I even disinfected the mask after every use.
