Update: customer service contacted me and will replace the item. I am so happy because I promise this product has changed the elasticity of my skin and the face mask eliminated my rosacea.
I would have given this product, along with the face mask, 5 stars because it really does work. I am having an issue with this product and it hasn’t even been 6 months of usage but it says product support has expired. My item is overheating and it smells like the wires are melting from the on/off section. I turn it off and the on/off tab is extremely hot. I am hoping it is warranted and can be exchanged. I will change to a 5 rating because this product really has improved my skin.

Seeking a convenient solution, I embarked on a journey with the Red-Light Therapy for Neck & Décolleté, a portable, at-home LED treatment designed to rejuvenate and enhance the skin in this area.

I was so disappointed as after only two months of limited use, the lights no longer work. I kept this in a drawer, in the dust bag, in my night stand, and fully charged, the lights first started just turning off, then, I would try to reset, and the red would no longer work, but others would for a few minutes. After a day of that, now, even fully charged, it no longer works, but I hear it beep on and off, so it is clearly broken.
I don’t know if mine is just defective, or, if that’s the length of time it works, but buyer be warned.

This light therapy mask for neck and chest works very well so far. The lights are medical grade, you can actually feel them working on your skin which is how you know it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. If you don’t feel it, make sure you took off the dust cover and have it on correctly. This is a very well made device and for this price, I’m incredibly surprised. I think, technically, you could use it on other parts of your body as well, however you’ll probably get the best results using the device as intended..
For those who rated it low for being able to feel it working, red light therapy may not be for you. If it’s “uncomfortable” to you, you may need to consult a dermatologist because that could mean you have a more serious skin condition that needs to be looked at! Always consult your physician if your skin or other things feel uncomfortable after using products like this to ensure you are okay!
If you’re worried about using something like this, maybe check with your provider before trying it out.
But for the majority of people, this device should work just fine as long as you stay consistent with usage, follow the instructions, and use as intended, you will definitely see positive results. I love this device so much.
$90 dollar price “range” is a good deal for a product of this quality. Higher prices are people being greedy, so keep that in mind before you blow $300 on something that likely won’t work any better than a $90 product, and in some cases those higher priced ones don’t actually work at all.
Beware of things in the $1-$20 price range as they either will likely die quickly (permanently), won’t work well, or could be dangerous/radioactive. Do your research before buying any products like this one and read reviews. There are a few on here in the $20-$35 range from other sellers for other areas of the body that actually work really well and are just as good as this product, you just have to be really careful and make sure to do your research.
I digress, this device is the best one and my favorite one, of all the ones I’ve used so far and will be my go to from now on. Recommend.
