They both work great. The wax remover can get a little seepy, like most oils in my experience. Just be careful where you leave it and keep it upright. I love the cleanser the most, it really helps the wax adhere to the hairs without leaving your skin feeling dry.

There was a small leak. The lid on the oil was slightly loose but nothing significant was gone out of the bottle so I’m good with it! Okay products, does the job.

The product it’s self is great. I used it through esthetics school but when I ordered some for myself after graduating I noticed the tips on two were broken. Not a big deal at all. What sucked is that the cleanser had leaked out. As someone who’s trying to build their business… this sucks.. every last drop counts lol. But with that being said I still love the product that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. Also, I ordered these 3 times and they kept getting lost in transit so I lm going to leave well enough alone and keep the product even tho a good amount leaked out. I’d still recommend.

Great product. We used this in the salon and now I bought it for my own home. Also get the aloe from the same brand. Magic trio. The oil works great to remove wax. Be generous and don’t hesitate and keep wiping/scrubbing, once it gets going, it cuts through the wax and actually removes it, of the skin and the surface as well. Use a cotton swab and like I said, keep wiping even when the cotton is sticking to the wax. It’ll start of that way, but will cut through and remove everything and then some. The cleaning solution is great, does what it’s supposed to. Actually removes makeup and oils from skin. Dries quickly and doesn’t leave residue. Good product all around

okay the bottles came in and the blue cleanser one was full while the yellow oil leaked out a bit in the packaging. the oils nozzle broke off a bit and the cleanser one was leaking a little when it’s tilted over.
