Tried all types of products. This is the only product that removed bumps within 2 days

I love this product. It works so well and my waxing gal even commented on how great my sensitive skin looks. However, they keep raising the price, which will force people to look for the cheaper alternatives, which are available on Amazon if you look hard enough. We get it, it’s a popular product and a best seller, but that doesn’t mean you need to price out loyal customers.

Hands down Serious Serum is the best ingrown hair serum on the market. I tried 4 other serums before I found Serious Serum with no luck. I’ve been using Serious Serum for over a year, and I will never use another brand again.

My skin is so much smoother and softer…and the best part…I’ve noticed a massive decrease in ingrown hairs! I use it twice and right after I get waxed. I use it on my bikini line, armpits, and my face (it’s a great gentle facial exfoliator).

If you’re looking to get rid of your ingrown hairs, you need Serious Serum!

I hate getting waxed because I get awful ingrown hairs. I always do the scrubs and lotions and they only help a little. This serum is fantastic! I recently got waxed for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. This serum really helped reduce the irritation and ingrown hairs. Lately I have even been putting it on my face. I got my eye brows threaded and had a small breakout. Two days of the serum and they are healed up and my face looks great. I am back to buy more!

  5. Curly hair

I was first introduced to this product by my spa technician. It came in a kit. I feel like I don’t need the kit and was able to find it by itself at Amazon. It exfoliates good and prevents razor burn or bumps.

  6. Andrea Gonzalez

This is marketed as an ingrown hair serum. It does that and so much more! I use it daily as a makeup primer, under my foundation, after I wash my face. I have always had problem skin and for the first time in my life, my skin is almost completely clear! It’s worth the investment

  7. Miss L Buckson

It was very soft but I haven’t seen any results yet ( 2 products later)

  8. Toddy

I don’t know how effective this product was, I didn’t notice any changes really.

I have to say I haven’t really seen any big difference on myself while using this product. BUT my dog has recurring folliculitis and often has red bumps and painful in-grown hairs on his neck. I tried this product on him after not seeing a difference on me. And it definitely helps him. Far fewer ingrown hairs and the bumps and redness have noticeably gone down. It’s only been a week of use but if it continues like this, I would absolutely buy more just for him once this bottle runs out.
Now, I’m not a vet or anything (though I did seek a vet’s consul before applying this to my pup) so I can’t justify condoning this for use on your pets because I honestly can’t be positive that it will work on or even not be harmful to your pups. But after seeing how well and quickly this works on him (despite myself not having the same results. Afterall not all products work the same for everyone.), I can say that I believe this product is definitely worth a try if you suffer from ingrown hair or skin problems.

I’m a bit disappointed with this serum…I know that it is meant to be used primarily for ingrown hairs and the like, but I wanted to give it a try after reading some reviews (both on here and from other sources) saying that this stuff does amazing wonders for your skin in general (helps with acne, etc.). So, I bought it with the intention of using it primarily on my face (although, I have used it on a couple of spots on my arms and legs as well). My skin is a bit bumpy on my forehead and gets blemishes on and off, so I was hoping this serum would primarily work on some of that.

Unfortunately for me, I might as well be putting scented water on my face since this product has done almost nothing to improve my skin…in fact, I’ve actually gotten a bit of acne since I started using this a couple of weeks ago! Though, not a lot…and whether it was caused by the serum or not, I really can’t be sure. But the serum hasn’t been of help in making it go away, either… In some minor aspects, my skin seems slightly improved (e.g. – seems a little smoother), but there’s been no amazing transformation overall.

I will point out that A) I realize that everyone’s skin is different [and mine isn’t all that bad to begin with, to be quite honest…so someone with acne problems more severe than mine might see a greater improvement] and B) I’m not technically using this the way its intended [ie – as an ingrown hair treatment…though, it does mention that it is a good facial exfoliant & blemish-fighter on the bottle, so…], so it’s not necessarily the product’s fault that I haven’t seen any outstanding results. Also, as you can see on here, there are mixed reviews for this serum whose warnings I could have heeded. Therefore, I’m giving this serum 3-stars as a happy medium since I don’t know if it’s just my skin that’s not reacting to it, or if it’s the serum itself. But the bottom line is, unless things change in the next month or so of using this, I won’t be purchasing this product again.
