Mine came well packaged but the lid was loose. Thankfully it has an aluminum foil seal and was inside a sealed plastic bag so no leakage occurred in transit. This is an excellent value as 8 ounce bottles are $8 here. I use it as massage oil and believe it is therapeutic. This has the typical aroma and a good quality feel to the oil as it has just the right viscosity and a nice feel when applied. Highly recommended!

I use castor oil as a base oil for many things and this brand’s quality meets my expectations.

First of all I love castor oil and have been using it for a few years ever since I found it is good for the hair.
But now I have come to realize that it has many other benefits besides the hair so when I saw that it comes
in a larger size I was thrilled because I realized it is cheaper to get it in a bulk size instead of buying it in
four and six ounces at a time. So that is one of the things I like about it. Another thing I like about it is
it is great for the skin too. It moisturizes my skin so I no longer have dry itchy skin. It does the same
for my scalp. I no longer have a dry scalp but it also stimulates it so now my hair is starting to grow
and it is also getting thicker. I also tried it on my eyebrows to see if they would get thicker and it
and I have seen improvement in those too. I love that it doesn’t have a strong odor and that it is
organic. It is a nice color and it isn’t sticky. It does a great job for me for everything I use it for. I am
definitely satisfied with it and I give it five stars. And it is definitely a great value for the money.

Great castor oil that will last a long time depending on what you’re using it for. Good for sharing if you know others who like to use castor oil as well.

This castor oil is USDA Organic, Cold-Pressed, and MOSA certified. It doesn’t have Nutritional Information listed on the container which indicates that it’s not intended for consumption–apparently that use has fallen from favor recently although it’s still available to consumers. This batch is from India and bottled in the USA.

For topical use, castor oil has regained recent popularity and this is a tremendously luxurious amount to have on hand for use with skin and hair care and with essential oils. I learned to use it to moderate custom blends countering the tendency of coconut oil to clog pores. This batch goes on thick when used straight, which is what I expected, and has a light odor that dissipates quickly with application.

If you are not already using castor oil with their wraps you don’t know what you are missing. It makes my skin feel great. So many uses, But helps greatly with fine lines on my face and works wonders when used in a wrap for my joints. My husband is now a user also, works better than the expensive skin care products on the market.

I bought this to use repelling moles. It was one of the less expensive brands for a gallon sized jug. It’s a very thick product.
I dilute it with dishwashing soap and water. Then I spray it over the areas I want to chase out the moles. So far it doesn’t seem to bother the grass and I haven’t had any mole problems like I have had in the past. I’ve never bought castor oil before so it’s hard to compare. All I can say is it seems to be a very high quality product. And, it is organic so maybe I saved a tree!
