I have some sunspots on my face and neck. I’m very fair complected, so they do stand out more than I’d like. I thought this serum might help reduce their appearance. It is lightly scented, but fairly subtle. I’m pretty sensitive to scents and this doesn’t bother me, so most people will probably be okay with it, as well. It comes in a lovely bottle with a dropper dispenser, which helps to control the amount of product used and minimize waste. It feels refreshing upon application and my face looks hydrated and dewy after. I haven’t had any redness or irritation, and it absorbs well. I think I’ve seen some improvement in the dark spots so far, so I’m hoping continued use will increase brightening! I also love that Veracity produces their products using physicians and science, and they are vegan and cruelty-free!

Veracity Bioevolve Face Serum
4 ½ stars rounded up to 5. The 1 fl oz / 30 ml of serum arrived in an unsealed, branded box that lists all ingredients. The dark green container is beautiful and protective. The lid is easy to open and closes solidly. The pump works well.
I ordered this serum because it has several ingredients (and botanicals which I’m a fan of) that my acne-prone, combination skin appreciates: niacinimide (anti-acne), several antioxidants including vitamin E and tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (a newer vitamin C derivative that is oil soluble), and several skin brighteners. There are also ingredients that provide moisture, may increase collagen and elastin production, and will improve the skin barrier. There aren’t any “icky” ingredients.
My long-time skincare routine is to wear antioxidants (Vitamin C, etc.) during the day along with at least SPF 30, and a retinol and moisturizer (as needed) at night. I’ve been using this serum (day and night) for three weeks.
One full pump was enough to lightly cover my face and neck. The lightweight serum has a yellowish color and spreads easily. I didn’t find the natural scent of this serum pleasant, but the scent is gone even before the serum is fully absorbed (which for me was less than a minute), and there was no tackiness. I found this serum gentle but firming, and I didn’t experience any spots while using it.
I can’t say I noticed any big difference in my skin over these past three weeks (I’ve been using quality products for years), but neither did it have any issues. I would like there to be more data on some of the newer ingredients before I would fully commit and stop using the tried-and-true ones (like pure vitamin C and retinol), but my skin definitely liked this serum.
Cruelty free. Silicone free. Fragrance free. Vegan. All the good things. An icon states the serum will be good for at least 12 months. Made in the USA.

Veracity Skincare Brightening Support Dark Spot Corrector, Face Moisturizer Gel : This serum comes in an attractive opaque green and gold bottle with a *very* stubby eyedropper which was difficult to fill. It has an orange tint and a smoky (?) scent, hard to describe and not so appealing to me. It took a couple-three tries to get enough serum to cover my face. I might have used too much in consequence because my face felt stiff and rubbery after it dried. Product of USA.

While Amazon just started providing this product, I’ve been using it for a couple of years. Just 1 pump is enough to cover my face with this silky serum that provides a great base for moisturizer. I would also recommend using the Veracity moisturizer for excellent skin care. I also use the cleanser, which does not dry out the skin and adds another layer to protecting the skin.

I will say that I really did try and like this product since I found it helpful. However, for me, even using a minimal amount like 1 drop leaves a sticky residue on my face for several hours afterwards. I believe that some of the product is being absorbed because I feel like my skin is very nourished after using this product. However, it’s kind of difficult to use this in the evening and trying to sleep with this on. Also, if I use any less product, I won’t be able to cover my entire face. I still feel that this product works and helps but doesn’t seem compatible with me.

I love what this Veracity Skincare Brightening Support Dark Spot Corrector has done for my skin. I could see and feel results immediately! It evened out the texture on my skin, I often get little bumps and this has helped a lot. It’s given me a brighter, smoother complexion, and leaving me with a dewy glow. The texture of it is light, and has a gentle scent of cloves. The bottle is a beautiful greenish glass, with a dropper and it looks high end too. I’m definitely happy with this product.

I have seen improvement in the texture and brightness of my skin since starting to use this. However, I find that this product is thick and sticky. It takes awhile to absorb into skin and leaves a sticky/tacky feeling until it does absorb. Due to this, I will not repurchase.
